The location is great very close to the center, the room is modest and there is an air conditioner. The other facilities are well equipped

Great location, great price
Pros:

I was a little concerned, I have to admit, after reading some of the other reviews. It´s a shared accommodation, so depends on other guests. I spent only one night, my room was quiet, bed was comfortable, location was excellent. And the price-quality-ratio is definitely among the best in Larnace (if not THE best, given the location). Wouldn´t stay for an extended period of time, but also not hesitate booking the place again!

Cons:

My room (single bed) had a bit of a funny smell, but nothing dramatic.
