Отношение персонала ( девушка не ресепшен Джули очень торопилась от нас отделаться при заселении, информацию по отелю вообще не рассказала!! ничего не знала про ужин! ( говорила, что его нет, хотя мне приходило сообщение про шведский стол, не рассказала про шатл из отеля в город и аэропорт, не про ограничения по курению, не про программы оздоровления!)

Great views and stylish stay, with a few drawbacks
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh. The room was spacious and well designed. The bathroom (bathtub + separate shower) felt premium. Large TV and stunning balcony view. Nice sporty & rich vibe with various activities. Food was decent. The beach was clean and beautiful, with clear water.

Cons:

The pool is quite shallow (around 1.2m). The sea stays shallow for quite a distance — you need to walk far to reach chest depth. The territory felt dim in the evening. The evening buffet is not great value — à la carte is better. The gym weight equipment was not working during our stay.

Good for a couple of nights if seeking indulgence and complete relaxation
Pros:

Beautiful beach and very nice swimming pools. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

Disconnected from real Vietnam as these places tend to be. Not easy to walk out and try local food. But I guess that’s the point in this type of hotel experience.

Amazing stay at westinp
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the westin resort. The room was elegant with a lovely neutral design that created a very relaxing and refined atmosphere.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many great options. I would also like to thank the staff, especially Emma, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The beach and the pool are both amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I also really enjoyed the spa and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway
