Excellent in all respects!
Pros:

Beautiful property. Only a year old. Excellent food & beverage to moderate prices. Room spacious and very comfortable. Staff nice and attentive.
Lovely large pool. Excellent gym.

Cons:

Only drawback, some distance from town ”Na Thrang”, on the other hand very close to the airport Cam Ranh (CXR)

위치가 공항과 가깝고, 주변이 조용해서 호캉스하기 좋았어요.
레스토랑들이 모두 맛있었어요.

Cons:

1월이라 온수풀이 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었음.
직원들의 응대가 편차가 있었음.
식용얼음을 요청하자 와인칠링하는 얼음을 보내주었고, 다시 식용 얼음을 요구하자 귀찮다는 듯 칠링얼음도 식용이라며 먹기를 권유하여 일행중 한 사람이 먹고 배탈이 남.

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly. We asked only for two things and both were denied. One was related to the cancelation of the last night. They put the blame on Booking although they could have easily accepted our request. My husband left some expensive earphones and asked them to send them to Ho Chi Min but at the time that they finally accepted to do it it was too late for us because we were already heading back home, We expected more from a 5 star hotel service.

Everything is at the highest level - no complaints about the hotel. Super, super and super.
Pros:

The Westin Resort and Spa is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited in recent years. It meets all the requirements for rest and relaxation in a beautiful environment of nature and the sea. It is characterized by thoughtful logistics, great care for the guest and hospitality.
I recommend it to everyone who does not yet know that developed Vietnam is a vacation for comfort and satisfaction.

Cons:

Everything is at the highest level - no complaints about the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is brand new and the pool is new med technology that does at they don’t have to use much chemicals. Beach amazing. Unfortunately a bit windy in some seasons. Breakfast amazing.

Cons:

The restaurant was really bad and very expensive. Cannot recommend to eat any meals at the hotel besides breakfast.

Nice hotel but not a Vietnamese feel
Pros:

The room was very big. The pool area was nice.The breakfast was really good. The beach hut restaurant and staff are great.

Cons:

The location is very remote. Most of the activities at the resort incur a fee. There is no currency exchange. The shop has limited hours. The check in staff are not very happy. We stayed on a half board package - big mistake, the dinner menu is the same as the lunch menu and not a lot of choice. Think there maybe 2 items on the half board menu that are Vietnamese. The full menu is very different with a lot of choice. You could have been anywhere as no reference to Vietnam at all. When we stayed it was so windy and the beach was covered in rubbish. Came from Hoi an where the Vietnam culture is everywhere and the people are very happy and helpful, this hotel did not have that. The spa is expensive.

A true 5-star hotel, offering all the luxuries and amenities you would expect.
Pros:

A genuine 5-star hotel (in my opinion). Over time, I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels that rate themselves with however many stars they believe they deserve. In my view, the major hotel chains are the most reliable guarantors in a system that has otherwise become inflated. The Westin (part of the Marriott chain) is expensive, but truly excellent.

Cons:

You can always find minor flaws, but they’re irrelevant in the bigger picture, because The Westin is truly an excellent hotel.

Nice enough but fell short of service level expectations
Pros:

Facilities, pool, gym, spa, park landscape etc were all excellent.

Cons:

Staff whilst friendly and attentive is not empowered to fulfill customer needs and requests. A late checkout of +2h could not be accommodated and front desk service was unfortunately substandard.

Pros:

Великолепный отель. К шикарным завтракам шведского стола я добавил бы порционную морскую рыбу. Бассейнов два, но они не глубокие. 1,2м. С детьми будет скучно. Море постоянно штормит. Красный флаг. До города 35-40 минут на отельном минибасе бесплатно. Считаю, что Отель заточен под китайцев и южнокорейцев., но это его не портит. Чувствуется какой_то налет фешенебельности. На территории видел небольшую змею. Она испугалась и уползла, а я пошел далее к пляжу. Рекомендую полупансион. Отдыхом очень доволен.
