Pros:

It was all wrong I pooked a hotel from the website and when I arrived they told me that it was full and that there was no place despite my reservation in it and they gave me a place in other hotels that is not on the website they used to the hotels names to book other unknown hotels

Pros:

It was an easy 2km walk to all the popular tourist sites. The stairs were very narrow and my mother had issues going up and down from the 3rd floor. The parking rates on the website is not accurate. It was 90tl per day for outside parking. The staff tried but didn't speak English.

Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, jedoch ist leider kein Aufzug vorhanden. Sind für 3 Nächte geblieben. Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich nur bei Nachfrage gereinigt. Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab. Leider waren an der Gardine Bettwanzen, wobei auch eine im Bett von mir entdeckt wurde. Haben es mitgeteilt und gesagt bekommen, dass es nur eine sein kann und wir diese womöglich von draußen mitgebracht haben. Zudem wird mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel wohl regelmäßig desinfiziert wird. Erst später stellte sich eben heraus, dass dem nicht so war. Am letzten Tag habe ich an der Gardine eine weitere entdeckt und oben (wo man die Gardine einsteckt) viele weitere gesehen, inklusive Eier/Kot. Haben die Gardine demontiert und im Schrank verstaut. Wenn die nicht beißen und Blut saugen würden, wäre es ja kein großes Problem.. zudem kann man diese Tiere auch leicht mit nach Hause nehmen und hat dann eine Plage daheim. Sonst war aber alles ok soweit für den Preis.
