Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience

This was a last minute booking, done 90 minutes before arrival. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the Swan theme is cleverly carried thoughtout the resort. It is a big site with a lot of accomodations to suit all tastes. All staff i dealt with were very helpful and in general all went above what was expected. House keeping added a lot of little touches you dont normally get. The 2 meals I had were both good. The spa treatment was ok, but a little rough! My only critasism was the close proximity of the other villas which reduced privicy a little. Not exacley in the centre of things but does not actually need to be.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Swan Paradise, We were given an upgrade to an amazing villa which was beautiful grounds were beautifully kept. It is the ideal place to go to relax. I must say it felt like being in Paradise. My only tiny negative needs a bit more lightening at night from the restaurant, apart from that PERFECT! Staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent.

The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much. I did go on tours, and the drivers were able to pick me up directly from the property.

Overall, it’s a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay—ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort.

Fijne rustige locatie in een prachtige omgeving. Gratis shuttle service naar Ubud. Eten is geweldig evanals het personeel

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the room was small but had everything you need. Having 2 town beds basically right next to each other was a bit unusual but we made it work. Overall lovely hotel in a quiet village outside of the touristy areas.

This is officially my favourite place to stay when travelling. As someone who is non-binary, I felt very welcomed and safe. The staff went above and beyond and are so very friendly, the facilities are truly incredible, the location was super convienient, and everything felt very easy. I will without a doubt become a regular guest whenever I can get to Bali

The villa, the food, the professional staff, and the properties beautiful gardens, facilities and grounds were excellent. The breakfast was excellent and memorable. Though a shuttles and rides to island sites could be arranged, we only used a driver once and the driver was thoughtful, safe and informative. We rented a car for the week and experienced moped mania on the many small roadways…without incident or accident safely; however, if you never driven on the left side of the roadway or not use to bumper to bumper traffic during rush hours 8am-6pm then renting a moped if you plan on visiting a lot of places to include eating out in restaurants highly rated. We navigated through everything well so no issues or complaints.

Best part of our stay was the staff. Incredibly sweet and helpful to a degree we haven't encountered before.
All in all a great hotel.

This property was absolute paradise. Away from the craziness and business of major towns, but still with a free shuttle to access, it was incredible. All of the staff are amazing, incredibly attentive, and helpful. The pools are great, and the grounds are stunning. Absolutely perfect for a couples stay, felt incredibly safe as two women. We even booked a full body Balinese massage as the two of us, it was great. We got upgraded, the room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom. The laundry service and room service were both great. It is far away from most tourist attractions, but this was a bonus for us, we got a free shuttle from the hotel to sanur which was lovely.

The staff make your stay worthwhile, you feel at home and nothing is too much for them. Great amenities and activities to do on-site too
