Pros:

Ausstattung, außer dem Nebenzimmer was sehr Basic ist und zu klein. Schöne und großzügige Poollandschaft. Leider hat der Strand kein Türkises Karibikflair und ist zudem durch Seegras belastet

Pros:

We didn”t find a thing to dislike about the apartment itself. Everything was great. Those 2 restaurants on the property were apreciated.

Cons:

Outside pool in front of the apartment was not swimable, water 10 cm so nobody with a similar condo could use their own private pool as though in the photos water is visually at a heigher level. Main pool mostly for kids, low level and cold water.

Deutlich zu wenige Liegen am Pool!!! Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es sowohl Bauarbeiten in unseren Gebäude als auch am Pool, weshalb überall Baustellenlärm war. Leider kein Entgegenkommen des Anbieters

We expected to get some basic items like coffee, salt, sugar, milk, etc. Nothing dramatic but could help a lot. Also, this specific apartment was located a bit far from the beach and pools area.

Apartment im Rahmen der Erwartung, Service und Kommunikation schlecht. Schade

Das Apartment war groß, geräumig uns sauber

Cons:

Der Service war eine Katastrophe, der übermittelte Zugangscode war falsch und somit konnten wir nicht in das Gebäude gelangen, was sehr spät am Abend bei unserer Ankunft ein großes Problem darstellte. Durch Zufall hat uns ein anderer Bewohner reingelassen.
Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war nicht gut.
Die Toilettenspülung in einem Bad funktionierte nicht, dies wurde während unseres Aufenhalta nicht behoben.
Das Apartment war extrem hellhörig
An umliegenden Gebäuden gab es Schimmel

We enjoyed our time here very much!
Pros:

Good furnishings and quality kitchen equipment. Comfortable mattress. Nice bathrooms. Nice location with a view of the pool, court yard and ocean. Incredible swimming pools and beachfront. About a half hour walk into Playa.

Cons:

Our suite needs new, more comfortable pillows and bedding. Fitted cotton sheets and cotton comforter are preferable to fuzzy blankets and polyester covers, which are not ideal in humid conditions.
