Pros:

Super comfortable apartment with all needed amenities. Great, peaceful location in secured residence. Swimming pools area and beach were not crowded like in typical hotel resorts, hence we could really enjoy our time and relax! Tennis courts, gym, restaurant, a small store...everything was on the spot, which made it very convenient. We're looking forward to return to Mareazul!

Cons:

For us everything was perfect but much depends on holidays preference. If you're looking for a comfy, peaceful place you won't be disappointed. If you're more for a vivid party spot with a walking distance to city centre, bars and other attractions this place might not necessarily for you.

Loved the low-key atmosphere-- away from the fray of Playa's loud and hopping scene. Loved the beach-- well maintained. The first day there was a lot of seaweed but this was removed mostly by the staff.

Great air conditioning for hot days!

It was a beautiful property-- very well maintained. We really didn't want to leave! Our only mistake was not planning to stay longer! We miss Mareazul!.

Cons:

Wifi was a little spotty. In order to get to the center of town you need to walk 30m-1hour or take a cab. Bicycles would have been perfect but we didn't plan for that and there wasn't a bike rental option on site (or at least we didn't know of one). There could have been more of a guide book in the unit to tell us a little more about things in the area (taxis, restaurants, bike rentals, uber eats-- we got in very late and we needed a quick bite and ended up using uber eats) or how to get around. The concierge did text us with their information (I texted late when we got in -- which I felt bad about but we didn't hear back from them until it was too late) if we should need anything which was great but it would have been nice to have these details outlined so we didn't have to bother the concierge.

This was a perfect place for a large family.
Pros:

Our kids loved the pool, and we loved the easy access to the beach. The decor was beautiful and we had enough pots and pans for most kitchen projects.

Decent location, disappointing unit and property
Pros:

Penthouse View, large deck, clean and well stocked kitchen

Cons:

Unreported active construction and plywood in the property, leaking air conditioning all day and night dripping on master bedroom floors and bed

No chairs for enjoying beach or pool. Pool had maybe 30 chairs around massive pool for hundreds of units.

Beach chair scam where even after properly ‘reserving’ chairs daily with the front desk, the guys at the beach would insist there were ‘issues’ with the reservation or ‘nothing more available today’ while continuously providing chairs and umbrellas to locals and owners. In 5 days we could only enjoy chairs at the beach a few hours - the chair drama was a huge downer to a vacation experience.

If the complex has a chair shortage issue, unit should provide chairs for guests.

Beautifull stay
Pros:

We didn”t find a thing to dislike about the apartment itself. Everything was great. Those 2 restaurants on the property were apreciated.

Cons:

Outside pool in front of the apartment was not swimable, water 10 cm so nobody with a similar condo could use their own private pool as though in the photos water is visually at a heigher level. Main pool mostly for kids, low level and cold water.

Comfortable, modern, well located.

Cons:

We expected to get some basic items like coffee, salt, sugar, milk, etc. Nothing dramatic but could help a lot. Also, this specific apartment was located a bit far from the beach and pools area.
