Das Apartment war groß, geräumig uns sauber

Cons:

Der Service war eine Katastrophe, der übermittelte Zugangscode war falsch und somit konnten wir nicht in das Gebäude gelangen, was sehr spät am Abend bei unserer Ankunft ein großes Problem darstellte. Durch Zufall hat uns ein anderer Bewohner reingelassen.
Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war nicht gut.
Die Toilettenspülung in einem Bad funktionierte nicht, dies wurde während unseres Aufenhalta nicht behoben.
Das Apartment war extrem hellhörig
An umliegenden Gebäuden gab es Schimmel

We enjoyed our time here very much!
Pros:

Good furnishings and quality kitchen equipment. Comfortable mattress. Nice bathrooms. Nice location with a view of the pool, court yard and ocean. Incredible swimming pools and beachfront. About a half hour walk into Playa.

Cons:

Our suite needs new, more comfortable pillows and bedding. Fitted cotton sheets and cotton comforter are preferable to fuzzy blankets and polyester covers, which are not ideal in humid conditions.

Pros:

L'appartement très spacieux, la grande terrasse. Les 3 salles de bains et la cuisine parfaitement équipée.
Les immenses piscines dans l'écrin des pelouses et des palmiers. Le calme des lieux. La plage et la mer toutes proches.
Et les 2 restaurants du domaine à ec leurs excellents tacos.

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol : nous avions pris la "vue sur mer", mais ce n'était pas vraiment le front de mer, même si on l'apercevait toute bleue au bout du parc.

Pros:

Très bel appartement bien équipé et bien décoré. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner facilement
La plage est entretenue régulièrement, malgré les sargasses qui envahissent la côte, ils arrivent à avoir une eau claire

Cons:

La piscine privée est trop peu profonde (environ 40-50 cm) et l’eau des différentes piscines est très froide (en janvier)

Pros:

There was a Nespresso machine and I happened to bring my coffee pods. That made mornings lovely. The towels were incredibly soft as was the bedding. The decor was nice. It was a great condo and location for a family who didn’t want the noise of a busy beach party yet was close enough to get to the city restaurants and amenities. The pool is expansive. There are pictures online for this property of hammocks under a pergola but the hammocks were all gone which was disappointing. I had wanted to read a book in a hammock. If the condo added a hammock to the lovely balcony I’d say it was perfect. The company manages the rentals with great service. They are very responsive.

Cons:

The microwave was broken. When I told them they offered to send someone right away to fix it - so great service. I didn’t want to deal with maintenance staff while we were there so dealt with no microwave. The oven buttons also seemed incredibly finicky and the fridge was very loud. It seems the kitchen appliances may be in need of repair but again the managing company seems on top of any requests or issues.

Todo el complejo de Mareazul muy bonito, los apartamento muy bien.

Cons:

El precio con booking fue mucho más alto de lo que otros amigos obtuvieron en otras plataformas.
La ubicacion del apartamento no es la esperabamos. Cuando hicimos la reservacion me indicaba una unidad mucho más cerca a la playa y la que nos dieron fue el apartamento en la unidad más alejada de todo el complejo Mareazul, nosotros pagando mucho más que nuestros amigos, obtuvimos la unidad mas lejana a la playa.

Luxury Beachfront Condo with modern amenities and comfortable accomodation
Pros:

I loved the property itself, the grounds are beautiful, and the condo exceeded our expectations. There were 3 of us, and having our own beds was great! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The ACs worked well and the layout was spacious. I worked from the condo and the wifi was pretty good. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the private pool and nature. The 2 restaurants offered good food, and the onsite store was nice as well.

Cons:

The pool needs a step between the deck and the bottom of the pool. Also, just the distance to 5th ave costs $20 one way by taxi, so that can get expensive, but still would stay here again.

Pros:

Die die Lange sehr ruhig und mit einer riesigen Pool Anlage, direkt am sehr ruhigen Beach gelegen. Zu Fuß ca. 2km ist die 5Av. Zu erreichen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und großzügig. Ausstattung korrekt. Der Beach-Club ist sehr gemütlich und die angebotenen Gerichte (wir hatten ein Frühstück) war sehr gut.

Cons:

Kein persönlicher Service Personal vor Ort, Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp oder Booking. Der allgemeine schlechte Zustand aller Gebäude. Unsere Terrasse (721N) hatte noch Bauschutt auf dem Boden/Geländer und die Glasgeländer waren sehr schmutzig. Bei einzelnen Appartements fehlte das Dach oder Geländer, was nach einem Zerfall aussieht. In unserem zweiten Zimmer hatten wir 2x einen Wasserschaden und so konnten wir dieses Bad-ZImmer nicht benutzen.
