Connecticut isn’t on of those places you pick to go to you go because there’s a reason to be there.
Pros:

The lobby restaurant for dinner was excellent
Happy Hour was nice
Check in was a breeze

Cons:

The bar not opening until 5 so if I wanted to get lunch there I couldn’t. The garage being a separate charge ridiculous this is not a luxury property with valet. Short staffed you could definitely tell this place doesn’t have people. The location is what’s expected it to be. Connecticut isn’t on of those places you pick to go to you go because there’s a reason to be there.

Pros:

Clean enough and newish, but the $5 for a coffee in the lobby in the morning and $26 for “discounted” parking in New Haven is ridiculous. I don’t expect/don’t want breakfast at a hotel like that, but coffee in the lobby in the morning should be a no brainer.
