Cons:

All breakfasts cooked to order. very fresh, but can be a 30 min wait. Not great when you're in a hurry

Comfy and delightful
Pros:

The design of the hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The wait staff was excellent and breakfast was very satisfying and filling. My husband and I will stay here again next time we visit New Haven.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit dirty but other than that everything was good.

Won’t stay there again
Cons:

Although this was a nice hotel, It was way too expensive. On top of that I had to pay an additional $26 to park my truck. No way I was going to leave it parked on the street. Also, to far from the interstate

Cons:

Very limited staff (1 person) when I tried to order breakfast. There was a party of 12 people and two other couples plus myself wanting breakfast. When the waiter came to me to place my order, they advised it would be an hour wait.
