Cons:

Very limited staff (1 person) when I tried to order breakfast. There was a party of 12 people and two other couples plus myself wanting breakfast. When the waiter came to me to place my order, they advised it would be an hour wait.

Lovely property! Poor hospitality
Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel. The gym was extremely spacious with excellent equipment options. The property felt very new.

Cons:

The staff was extremely unwelcoming and borderline rude. I interacted with three separate front desk agents. None of them should be in hospitality. They preferred to frown at the computer than smile or make eye contact with the guests. They led with "no" every time. I have been in the hospitality business for 25 years and I believe every guest facing experience should include a smile and a show of warmth. I really enjoyed the property but due to the staff I would not stay here again. It pains me to write this (I never write bad reviews - I can always find the good in every experience) but this was a disappointing experience and as someone who loved the hospitality industry so passionately, I was sad to see this hotel miss the mark.

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal es muy amable y profesional.
Lo recomiendo 100%

Cons:

Uno de los puntos negativos que podría decir es el tema de la limpieza, te hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas, pero todo lo demás lo dejan igual (por ejemplo, si hay algo en la papelera no la vacían o si hay un cristal sucio lo dejan igual sin limpiar, etc.)

Pros:

Staff very helpful and check-in was quick. Rooms are big and confortable. Over the hotel is very modern and clean.

Cons:

A little bit of a walk to the main areas which can be tough in the heat.

Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful, hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast available and its in a location close to Yale and the hospital. The handicapped accessible room with roll in shower was perfect as I recovered from my surgery.
