The hotel is beautiful and comfortable but, at this price, I would not be back.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property in Sao Miguel dos Milagres. The breakfast is mind blowing. The rooms were beautifully decorated and give a fancy in the jungle vibe we really liked. The food and drinks we had at the only restaurant in the property (also where you have breakfast) and the pool bar were good.

Cons:

The service is good but not super professional. I appreciate it is hard to get properly trained staff specially in this part of the country. I don’t know how to explain this but they act a bit apologetic and you end up feeling sorry for them. The private beach was secluded and could have been a piece of heaven but it was poorly maintained. They don’t keep the beach chairs there (no sun beds by the way) and so it feels like we are bothering when we ask to put chairs there. It was also a bit dirty, with visible trash left by guests the day before which had not been collected by them. It felt a bit “abandoned”. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel; but way too expensive for what it offers specially in that region of the country. We travel everywhere in the world and for this price we expect to get more. Unsurprisingly, the hotel was quite empty. One more thing, when we arrived, the lady at the reception struggled to explain to me the services at the hotel. She kept repeating all the information would be sent by WhatsApp. I appreciate the direct contact with staff, but the minimum I expect at this price point is a reception that can explain to be the amenities and facilities (which are great but not extensive).

Hotel bom e confortável mas deixa a desejar em relação ao custo
Pros:

A praia é maravilhosa, ondas leves, mar perfeito para descansar. Os quartos são confortáveis e os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

O hotel é muito bom, mas pelo preço deixa a desejar no atendimento. Nosso check in atrasou 1h, no café da manhã pequenos detalhes poderiam ser melhor (nos potinhos de geleia/manteiga/requeijao vinha uma quantidade mínima que mal dava pra pegar com a faca). No restaurante e no bar era muito difícil chamar os funcionários para fazer o pedido, eles raramente estavam atentos aos hóspedes. Por mais de uma vez o pedido que fiz veio errado, acredito que se eles anotassem o que foi pedido já resolveria.
A piscina e area da praia só era liberada com cadeiras/toalhas às 10am, o que acho extremamente tarde. Muitas vezes já era 11:30 e ainda não tinham organizado a quadra de beach tennis.
Quando chegamos pedimos pra arrumarem o ralo do banheiro que estava entupido, não arrumaram, tivemos que pedir novamente no dia seguinte de forma que ficamos 3 dias com o banheiro alagando durante o banho. De forma geral é um hotel super confortável e agradável, mas pelo valor pago eu esperava um atendimento mais atencioso e alguns detalhes mais bem executados. Falta padronização em alguns pontos.

Pros:

A dream hotel in a dream location! The hotel exceeded all our expectations—the pool and the views are even more beautiful than in the photos. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is outstanding. We organized all our tours through the hotel, which made everything effortless. The beach right in front of the property is truly one of the best we’ve seen. It was very hard to leave, and we can’t wait to come back one day.

Cons:

I wish it was Adults Only hotel - there were too many toddlers at the pool at some point.

Pros:

A Haya é encantadora, tem uma praia única e uma piscina paradisíaca! Cama muito confortável e chuveiro divino assim como ammenities da Trousseau! Comida nota 10!

Cons:

Acho que as cadeiras do restaurante não são confortáveis, bem como os móveis da piscina, que poderiam ser melhorados! Poucas cadeiras na praia! Poderiam voltar a batida de coco ao menu!
