LOCATION:
The location of this hotel was great. It is extremely close to both Chandigarh Airport and Chandigarh Junction Railway Station. I used both during my stay in Chandigarh and found it easy to travel to and from the hotel using Uber.

The hotel is a 12–15 minute walk to Elante Mall, which offers unlimited food, drink, and shopping options. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it is very quiet and peaceful.

Taking Uber rides to attractions such as Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Capitol Complex, and local cafés and restaurants was fairly easy and convenient.

STAFF:
There was minimal interaction with the front desk staff. However, the room cleaning staff were extremely helpful, hardworking, and pleasant to speak with. The on-site security staff were also friendly and professional.

HOTEL BREAKFAST:
The hotel breakfast was a key highlight and was done very well. The breakfast buffet offered endless options that were hot and fresh. It also included live food preparation, with dishes served immediately. The restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience.

ROOM AND CLEANLINESS:
The room was clean and well maintained. There were no issues with hot water.

WIFI AND ELEVATORS:
Both elevators experienced issues over multiple days. At times, the elevator buttons did not register and would cancel selections. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent and disconnected in certain areas, with no Wi-Fi in the restaurant.

Unprofessional, untidy, uncomfortable
Pros:

Stayed a night, poor communication from the staff, did not respond to email and did not make any changes to the stay as requested. Stay was not comfortable. Very pricey for the quality you get. Would not recommend at all.

Poor communication, cleanliness, room and washroom was not properly cleaned. Bed was not comfortable.

They ask me to pay again even I paid my full amount at booking time, no manager was available, booking.con was calling them but told me they didn't recivied any call from booking.com so I paid two time for one stay
