Overall it was an excellent stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was the standard fare, but the attendant was beyond excellent answering all of my questions and bringing out the boxes that the items arrived in so I could check ingredients. I have food issues. She was beyond helpful and demonstrated constant courtesy. The front desk staff also was exceptional in courtesy and efficiency. The room was clean and generally the facility was in good shape.

Cons:

There was some problem with the plumbing in the bathroom sink during my stay. 90% of the time it was fine, but when I got out of my shower there was water flooding the sink area on the right side. I mopped it up and never did figure out what was the problem. It only happened when I took a shower.

Great stay.
Pros:

Overall, it was a great experience, but your phone system needs some improvement. I tried to call the location to confirm my stay and was given the run around, so I just took a chance and drove to the location.

We enjoyed our stay at this obviously newer Holiday Inn Express.
Pros:

The breakfast was well-stocked and the attendants were very personable at the very busy breakfast times. Front desk folks were helpful and courteous.

I was there for a family wedding and many of the other guests stayed as well.
Pros:

Location close to wedding I was there for. Products in the bathroom were nice - good brand.

Cons:

Staff was reluctant to commit to early check-in and when they did give me a room it was not yet cleaned. They did give me a clean room after trekking luggage up and downstairs to reception. Tub drain would not fully close for bath nor would it fully open for shower.

It was a very nice hotel. Just too expensive.
Pros:

It was in a great location. I didn’t have to pay to park my car the hotel parking lot!

Cons:

It was very expensive! Almost $300 for 1 night! There were no cups in the room .

When we arrived the couch was already laid out to a bed. Issue here was, there was no sheets or covers for the couch, not even in the closet. Easy fix though, just contacted the front desk and they supplied the bedding for it. But it did get me thinking, did they even fully clean the room or not. That night (we only stayed one night) we went to the pool and it was as good as it can get for indoor pool. It was clean and the water was fine. Side note for anyone staying here or anywhere with an indoor pool, it gets musty and loud because everything echoes off the walls. But that definitely wasn't the main issue with the pool, I'll get to that in a minute. Let's talk about the pillows here, my neck definitely did not like them. It felt that in the morning for sure. Breakfast was breakfast as you expect from a hotel. Nothing special but it was hot breakfast, which is always nice. Now lets talk about the pool the next day. We were here for a short trip, and my kids were excited to use the pool before we headed home. We got to the pool around 915am ish and found hair floating in the pool and an USED tampon in the pool. Obviously this isn't the hotels fault but who the heck does that. We contacted the manager and she was nice enough to extend out check out to 1:30pm instead of 11am so the chemicals they cleaned the pool with would kick in. But honestly knowing pool chemicals and when it's safe to swim afterwards, a 1:30pm check out wouldn't even give my kids "swim time". But ultimately the staff was helpful and the facility is clean. If your looking for a place to lay down and get a hot breakfast, it's a good option. Just bring your own pillow because their pillows suck. Also check the water before getting in it, never know what is floating around. And whoever thought it was a good idea to pull your tampon out in the pool, your the main reason for this review.
