Pros:

The Staff was just one person when we were there and she was brilliant. She ran ar3and did everything for us, even sorting an early breakfast and taxi to the station on our last day

很棒
Pros:

簡單卻又很溫馨的飯店，房間乾淨、空間大小適中，很注重無障礙設施，且對於有小孩同行的也是很友善。地點靠近摩周湖，且開車前往小鎮僅五分鐘車程，方便採買及用餐，值得推薦的住宿！

Very comfortable
Pros:

This is a wonderful small hotel just outside the national park and a perfect low key place to stay. Nice large rooms were warm and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating and it felt very relaxing. Highly recommend for those not wanting “fancy”.

出張で利用。福祉系の施設を転用してるせいか部屋が広い。浴室も広く快適。清掃は行き届いている。
周りに何もないが車があれば特に問題なし。弟子屈の市街まで5分程度で着く。

Pros:

3泊利用しました。車で屈斜路湖まで30分、摩周湖まで10分これらの観光にはとても良い場所です。施設は老人ホームをリフォームしているのかシングルでもとても広く清潔で快適です。お風呂が広くとても快適でした。過剰なホスピタリティはありませんがそれも良かったです。スタッフ1名程で対応しているようで夜から朝まで不在になります。対応はとても良かったです。夜は外に外灯は無く怖い程静かになります。とても自然環境の良い場所です。

鹿との遭遇
Pros:

世の中の喧騒から離れ、大自然の中にある【レラ摩周】さん！ゆっくりとゆったりと時が流れるのを感じることができました。
最初に話をしてくれた奥様、丁寧に思いやりのある対応をしていただき、ありがとうございました🙏また伺いたいと思います😃今度は妻と✨
朝、摩周湖に行く途中、この旅初の鹿との遭遇でした。🦌🦌目があってシカトされました…しかたないですかね‼️

Cute clean place, nice breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had read that this place was probably a small hospital previously so was not too surprised that it did look that way. It was very clean. The breakfast of toast, coffee, and salad was appreciated. Our only problem was that the room was very warm in the day and early evening. The air conditioning did not seem to work. It cooled down as the temperature outside cooled and we were able to sleep with fans on as well.

Pros:

Breakfast is too minimal, just sliced breads, small salad and drinks. Staff however is very polite and accommodating.

Pros:

元は老人ホームでしょうか。全体的に広く作られています。午後10時以降と言っていたと思いますが、スタッフは居なくなります。

Pros:

看板に書いてある施設の名前が以前の名前のままだったので、
迷いました。
介護施設の転用なのだと思いますが、
あらゆる場所がバリアフリーでとても広くて使いやすいです。
清潔で、素泊まりには最高です。
