Cons:

Doček ispred recepcije sa 4 crne vrece pune smeća i muska osoba koja se izderala na mene : Ne mozete unutra, to je privatni invent, ni u dvoriste ne smijete.
Njega sam zaobisla i javlia se na recepciju. Dvije simpaticne studentice koje su glumile recepcionarke, rekle su da je danas svadba i eto u guzvi su.
Spavali smo depadansi a u ulaznom foajeu su opet bile crne vrece pune prljavih rucnika.
Rucak u restoranu nismo mogli dobiti , jer eto, imaju svadbu.
Nakon dana privedenog vani, uvecer smo se vratili. Ni S od svadbe!!!
Studentica mi je rekla da je svadba bila jucer i zavrsila i 7 ujutro.
Napominjem da sam na recepciji bila u 13 sati, davno nakon zavrsetka svadbe.
Dakle, u oči su lagali svoje goste, derali se na njih
Napominjem da smo mi 2 bracna para od 65 godina, iskusni svjetski putnici ali nigdje na svijetu ovakvu sramotu nismo dozivjeli.
O svemu cu obavijestiti i vlasnika hotela Terme Čatež d. d, jer ovakvim poslovanjem nece daleko dogurati .

The location and the castle are superb. The people gentle and the rooms huge. If in the are we'll stay again.

There was missing butter from the breakfast which can happen as it is not a city hotel.

Το κάστρο έχει πολύ μεγάλη ιστορία. Είναι από τον 5ο αιώνα!!! Η εμπειρία το να μείνεις μέσα σε ένα ποσό μεγάλο Κάστρο είναι μοναδική!!! Τα δωμάτια γενικός είναι καθαρά. Έχει λίγα ζουζούνια λογικό αφού είναι μέσα στο δάσος!! Και αν σας αρέσει το γκολφ να ξέρετε ότι έχει μέσα από τα μεγαλύτερα της περιοχής. Το πρωινό μπουφέ με λογικά και νόστιμα όλα. Σου λένε να διαλέξεις ώρα για να σου έχουν ζεστά προιόντα!!! Ωραία εμπειρία.

Το προσωπικό είναι λίγο για ένα τόσο μεγάλο κτίριο.

I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The staff were polite and I got some nice photos of the castle.

Cons:

Room smelled of mildew
Furniture and carpets stained/dirty
Mould in fridge
Dinner was tasty but there were too few staff - waited over an hour for food
Breakfast was adequate but not great - for example no fruit juice, no pastries, scrambled egg was rubbery
