Pros:

Smještaj je kao iz bajke, predivna priroda i okruženje...Idealno za boravak za one koji žele malo mira. Plava djevojka na recepciji bila je izuzetno ljubazna a sobe besprijekorno čiste.

Cons:

Putovali smo sa bebom od 11mjeseci i imali uplacen dorucak medjutim kada smo u 8:40h došli da jedemo nije bilo skoro ništa na svedskom stolu (narocito ne za bebu). Pitali smo da li nam mogu bar ispeci jaje ili dopuniti bilo sta na stolu rekli su da ne mogu da je to to sto ima. Zaista nismo zahtjevni ali na kraju smo imali samo kroasane i par vrsta sira i slatko a beba nista...smatramo da je to zaista neprimjereno i da kvari ugled ovakvog mjesta. Takodje, na recepciji smo dobili informaciju da mozemo setati okolo i da ima 10km prostora za setnju oko golf staza i jezerceta ali smo potom cim smo krenuli u setnju imali neprijatnu situaciju gdje nas je radnik koji radi u golf klubu galamio i tjerao kao da smo kriminalci rekavsi nam da na recepciji rade balavice koje nemaju pojma i daju pogresne informacije jer navodno ne smijemo setati cak ni mimo golf terena. Na kraju je spustio gard i cak se nudio da nas on vrati u hotel. Bilo bi dobro razjasniti da li iskljucivo zelite primati ljude koji igraju golf jer u slucaju da je tacno to sto je taj covjek rekao, ljudi koji ne igraju golf ne mogu mrdati od zamka i fakticki su nepozeljni. Mi smo ove neprijatnosti zanemarili i objektu dajemo ocjenu 9 ali savjetujemo da se interno malo bolje definisu pravila i da ona budu jasna pri rezervaciji.

Pros:

Priroda, lokacija i informacije koje smo dobili od osoblja sa recepcije o istorijatu i nastanku samog objekta. Hvala im na tome. Preporuka za sve koji hoće da uživaju neka iskoriste ovaj prelepi deo prirode.

Cons:

Nemam nikakvih primedbi. Ako se bude još više ulagalo višestruko će se vratiti.

Not enough service persons and (apart from the waitor) not very professional. Wonder if they did any hotel school. Sorry to say this, I've been in hotel business for more than 20 years...
