Landing Tampa Westshore

It was cool. Will stay again if ever in Tampa.

The coffee machine was broken in the room. No one ever got back to me and the coffee bar that you could walk to was also not working.

The unit cleanliness and everything else was good but the key pad batteries went out during our stay. I was able to get ahold of the emergency line from Landing after being on hold for about an hour later and this was at midnight. Eventually it lead to a dead end and they couldn’t do anything about the dead key pad so the only way to get inside the unit was to contact lock smith to come and figure it out. After a long awaited time, lock smith finally came and was able to figure out the key pad and I eventually got into our unit at 3am. I had to pay out of pocket for lock smith and was told by the worker from Landing I’d get reimbursed for the fee I paid which was $300+. I’m still waiting to get reimbursed. This was very inconvenient for myself and my small group that stayed there. I don’t understand why property management doesn’t automatically switch out the key pad batteries every so often, instead of waiting for the batteries to go completely out.

No customer service at all. Broken AC and nobody fixed it during the 5 days I was there regardless of the numerous times I asked. No follow up no accountability.

The apartment was dirty. The sofa was ripped and coming apart. The sofa was so used that you sunk down to the base when you sat on it. The towels were dingy and some were torn at the edges. The chairs at the dining table were also torn. The TVs gave to be operated through Apple or you can’t watch them.

The place where not completely clean but not complains, and the sheets were dirty too. But we loved the apartment.

Responded once to over 10 text, emails, messages left. The response did not address the concern at all. Concern no parking on site. It states in description that parking is free. As a single female I had to park off property, 15 min away, after midnight, 2 nights in a row. It was not safe. Rug in room was curled up and in entry way was rippled. Tripping hazard. No linens for the third guest. The cabinets are labeled saying they have supplies and linens. There were none. The coffee that was missing came on the third day at appx 9am. The day of checkout.

The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

The only inconvenience was parking. You have to drive around the complex trying to find parking. Staying out for the evening was not an option given you may not find parking later in the evening.

The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was wonderful, which included an early arrival accommodation. Couldn't be happier with our stay, will come again and highly recommend it.

The condo had no tvs in the bedrooms. For a family of 4 they only gave us 4 towels for 3 nights ..i called for more towels and they brought us 2 more ..went to walmart and bought more towels . When we arrived we had no keys in the lock box and the access code to get thru the gate was the wrong code ..the directions they gave us was very confusing because our condo didnt need an access code to get to.it ..the neighborhood where the condo is located at wasnt in the best area .

The property is really nice and super clean inside and out. I will definitely stay there again.

Best description of this place would be a cheap college dorm that is filthy.
Furniture in the place is awful, all the fake leather is peeling off the couch, dining chairs, and worst of all the head board. Get crumbs of fake leather on the pillows and head when trying to lay down.
The baseboards and walls are beyond disgusting. Never been dusted, pee stains on the baseboards by the toilet, splattered something on the walls and doors, dust all over walls and doors. Just beyond disgusting!
People in unit above decided to run around like a heard of cattle till 3:30 in the morning even after management sent them a noise notice. Had to be out by 7am so that was fun. It happened the second night so decided to use the other bedroom until I pulled the blanket back and saw blood and urine stains on it.
Parking is a nightmare and have to drive around all night trying to find an open spot. Text management about it and they recommend parking outside the gates on the street, so be prepared for that and 10 min walk every night to your unit.
This experience was miserable and definitely ruined our Easter holiday weekend. Will never book at this place again!
