We self catered so breakfast was not served. saying that the lady owner would bring us tempting Turkish food to try at breakfast time. Loved the location, the cleanliness, everything we needed was provided, the Terrace was beautiful for breakfast and drinks before we went out in the evening, the view is amazing.

Ferhan was an amazing host, the apartment was nice with all the amenities one needs for a week.

Чисто, уютно, все удобства продуманы до мелочей. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления, посуда, техника,специи, соль, сахар, кофе, чай. Удобные диван и кровать, белоснежное бельё.
Хозяйка Ферхан очень внимательная и гостеприимная, всегда на связи. По приезду нас ждал комплимент, холодильник был заполнен продуктами на первое время и заботливо приготовленными салатиками. С дороги это было очень кстати.
Общая терраса на крыше -это отдельный вид удовольствия, здесь можно завтракать, обедать и ужинать или просто насладиться видами.
Расположение очень удачное, море 2 минуты пешком, магазины, рестораны все рядом.

From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in, you were literally a road away from old town. Thank you so much again for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Very modern flats with a lovely Turkish entrance. Great location and lovely sea view. The roof terrace view was absolutely stunning and the flat itself was a lovely size.

Güzel, temiz bir yer. Denize yakın, restaurantlar yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahipleri ilgili. Tek problem araç parkı.

Amazing apartments, very charming and very welcoming. Very close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants around.

Newly decorated. Modern and comfortable. Great location in the old town and near the beach etc. Fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. Ferhan, the host, was very warm and welcoming.

The property is extremely new and well kept property, unbelievably clean, roughly three minutes walk from a crystal clear beach and in the heart of kalkan , minutes from the restaurants and shops.
The host is excellent and will kindly cater for your every need . The reception on arrival was the best we have ever had .
We didn't want to leave this beautiful place. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you again!

This has to be one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. The host greeted us with turkish tea and cheese filled pastries, filled up the fridge for breakfast as we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole week. Ferhan (the host) knows what she is doing and is honestly a pleasure to talk to, making you want to stay all night on the beautiful terrace with a beautiful ocean view and talk to her about life and all. She also offered to drive us to Kas (a city nearby) and helped us organise a trip to the nearby Greek islands.

We all really enjoyed staying here as it was very local, a 2 minute walk to the beach, very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back as this actually felt like a temporary home.
