Personale del ristorante professionale e simpatico, ottimo cibo e cantina.
Piscina che chiude alle 19 con il personale del bar piscina che ti invita ad allontanarti (unico momento in cui ho visto un sorriso).
Le altre osservazioni le ho fatte di persona al momento del checkout. Mi dispiace aver constatato ora che sono le stesse già segnalate innumerevoli volte da altri clienti, ai quali è stato risposto “grazie miglioreremo”… ma i LED flashanti e i letti rumorosi sono ancora là!!
La location è spettacolare, un’oasi di pace e di relax, in una zona facilmente raggiungibile ma in ogni caso fuori dal caos quotidiano. Le camere sono splendide, pulite, piene di accessori, dalle pantofole agli accappatoi, dalle infradito agli asciugamani per la piscina. La piscina è favolosa, grande, pulita, comoda grazie agli scalini per arrivare in acqua, ottimo anche il Garden bar che serve cocktail, aperitivi, pranzo a bordo della piscina. Voglio però fare un ringraziamento particolare al receptionist molto giovane che ha saputo gestire un’emergenza in modo brillante, la bravura del personale si vede proprio nei momenti di difficoltà; si è abbattuto infatti un temporale violentissimo in zona, con raffiche di vento fino a 120 km/h, quando siamo tornati in camera, non solo c’era acqua ovunque, ma si era creato un foro nel muro, dapprima il ragazzo è venuto di persona a pulire, a mettere gli stracci e ad asciugare, una volta accortosi della crepa nel muro, a velocità supersonica, ci ha trovato una nuova camera.
C’è stato anche un “upgrade” importante e ci siamo spostati in una suite, che per fortuna era asciutta e non aveva subito danni per il maltempo. La Suite era grandissima, comoda, con un bagno enorme, doccia molto ampia, accessori e set di ogni tipo, vasca da bagno in camera e balconcino fuori privato con tavolo e sedie. Che dire? Tutto perfetto. Aggiungo che al nostro arrivo abbiamo perfino trovato due ciotole per il nanerottolo peloso che viaggia con noi (i cani sono i benvenuti). Super consigliato!

The property is new and clean. The restaurant at the hotel was pretty good. It was nice to find out flip flops in the room for guests.
The AC in the room was not powerful enough

La présence d’une route passante à proximité mais on ne l’entend pas du tout depuis les chambres et très peu à l’extérieur
