REZIDENCA PIPANOVA

Pros:
Spacious, all necessary basic equipments are there.
Bed and linen were neat and clean
Washing machine and cloth rack available
Small lawn area also attached to the room
Cons:
For some reason there were a lot of house flies in the room
The shower head was not functioning properly - only the overhead one worked the hand held one didn’t work.
In the washroom, there isnt a proper separation on the floor between shower area and the rest of the bathroom so the water ends up spilling outside.
Other than this, all good.

The owner was very helpful. Easy to find and good instructions. The apartment functional with kitchen and small terrace. There is a direct bus to Ljubljiana centre.

A nice flat, great for a family stay.
However, the property was not clean upon arrival—there was a lot of dust and spider webs, which had attracted insects. The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out.

The kitchen was well-equipped with facilities like a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide a few teabags or some instant coffee, especially for guests staying just one or two nights.

The owner/manager was friendly and welcoming, and their burgers were absolutely delicious!

We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. He also manages the apartments so when we arrived at the property quite late on Day 1 he was kind enough to keep the restaurant open till later than usual and served us some amazing own-recipe burgers. I’d highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind not being in the city centre… we thought it was a bonus to not be in the centre of town, where parking can be an issue. Thanks 'Jigga'.... it was a pleasure to meet you and we had a stay great.

Résidence confortable pour un séjour raisonnable.
Mais il peut être déroutant d être dans une sorte de lotissement résidentiel.
Un petit plus pour la machine à laver.

The apartment is good quality and excellent burger bar attached. Best if you have a car. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

El apartamento está muy bien, aunque sí que considero que debe mejorar el colchón (te hundias en los dos extremos). Y también he encontrado a faltar microondas.

El depto era muy cómodo, moderno, amplio y acorde con las fotos de la publicación. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento y tenía accesorios de baño.
Había un supermercado muy cerca si necesitan cocinar y también abajo está la hamburguesería donde cenamos y estuvo muy bien.
La comunicación también fue muy buena por lo que no tuvimos inconvenientes.
Lo que extrañamos ya que salíamos temprano a la mañana, era no tener cafetera ni tostadora, como para desayunar antes de partir. Tampoco había azúcar pero nos dieron de la hamburguesería de abajo.
Nosotros ya conocíamos Ljubljana y nos alojamos aquí porque teníamos que ir ambos días a Skofja Loka y era más cerca porque estaba en las afueras de la ciudad, si la estadía es para conocer el casco histórico buscaría otra ubicación si bien Ljubljana es chica y las distancias no son largas. Nosotros cenamos en el centro la última noche pero fuimos en auto. Nos alojamos mi esposo, mi hija de 12 años y yo.
