It was almost perfect
Pros:

Really, I can fully recommend the accommodation. It is very close to the beach, Walmart, and many restaurants, bars, etc. The Quinta Avenida, the top street of Playa del Carmen, is about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is fully equipped with the basic utilities, and if you need anything, you can ask Massimo; he is very kind and will help. There is also Netflix, YouTube, and many TV channels for entertainment. In case of unstable weather, you can also use the swimming pool on the roof of the condo with a sunny terrace. Finally, it was almost perfect.

Cons:

Only one thing is a little bit worse. The apartment is on the corner of the street, and some old city buses passing by are noisy. It is not very pleasant, especially in the early morning, if you like to sleep a little bit more. However, it is not Massimo's fault, and finally, it is possible to learn accept it. During the night, there is a silent and very peaceful atmosphere.

Massimo est très arrangeant et gentil ! Merci pour tout !! L'appartement est situé très proche du supermarché Walmart, de la 5ème avenue à 5 min et du terminal de bus ADO. Très bon emplacement si vous voyagez en bus tout en étant au calme. Autour il y a pleins de petit "food truck" délicieux.

Rien...
Peut-être un étendoir pour faire sécher les affaires de la plage serait un plus. Mais vraiment ce n'est qu'un détail tellement nous avons apprécié notre séjour à playa del Carmen.

Best property manager in the world , amazing facility!!!

Exceptionally clean, super friendly staff very easy to reach from the 5th Ave. But above all - a huge thanks to Massimo, he is officially the best property manager in the world ( and I travel a lot); he is the most reliable, friendly and super professional property manager I have ever met. I will come back for sure and won’t hesitate to book that place again. Many thanks to Massimo and his amazing cleaning crew!

Cons:

Subir escaleras y falta para apoyarse,para dos personas que estaríamos 7 noches no había amenidades apenas un diminuto frasco de shampoo y un jabón
Falta una mesita en balcón y un sofá para estar en sala
Estoy costumbrada que ya sea hotel o Airbnb hay cosas mínimas para consumir

fantanstic stay will repeat.
Pros:

This place is perfectly located - so close to everything but quiet enough that you can get a good nights sleep as its not right asjecent to 5th Ave. The walk to 5th takes 5 minutes and you are at the center. The beach is 10 minutes away. The rooms are very clean and large - really great place and will visit again. And the manager Massimo is a gem.

Pros:

El departamento es súper amplio, cómodo, está muy bien equipado (Massimo incluso nos agregó una pava eléctrica para el mate), la limpieza es excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo, la zona muy segura. Y Massimo siempre está atento a lo que puedas necesitar. Nos encantó todo! Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias Massimo!! :)

Pros:

Everything! The place exceeded our expectations.
The apartment is well maintained and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Clean and spacious.
Communication with the host was also very good and easy, Massimo was amazing.
There’s a Walmart and an Oxxo nearby and restaurants close to the property. The 5th is 10 min away from the apartment.
We will definitely come back!
