Pros:

Excelente todo..la habitación super cómoda con todo lo necesario muy limpio, la ubicación muy buena en el medio de todo para ir al centro,playa y salir a comer.
Quiero destacar la atención de Massimo un genio, siempre atento a todo.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, la propreté des lieux et l’hôte répond rapidement aux besoins. Massimo est un hôte exceptionnel. L’espace de détente sur le toit avec piscine est peu fréquenté, agréable, beaucoup de chaises longues disponibles. Le personnel est dévoué et très gentils, discrets.

Cons:

Rue passante, beaucoup de bruit car les autobus passent devant l’établissement. Pas d’ascenseur dans l’établissement.

Le lit est confortable, la douche (assez d'eau chaude +un bon débit d'eau).
La piscine sur le toit.
La grande gentillesse de Massimo et du personnel.
La proximité des services.

Cons:

Le bruit du matin au soir des voitures dans la rue.
Les chiens qui jappent la nuit.

Notre hôte était disponible, réactif, vraiment à l’écoute, 
Pros:

la literie était exceptionnelle. L’appartement très propre irréprochable à ce niveau-là.

Cons:

le bruit des camions qui passe dès le matin... mais bien évidemment on n’y peut rien c’est comme ça

Los dptos totalmente modernos y su gran ubicacion, tambien cuenta con una terraza y pileta increible. Por ultimo el gran anfitrion Massimo, el cual se ocupo de que no nos faltara nada a cada hora. Super espectacular todo

It was almost perfect
Pros:

Really, I can fully recommend the accommodation. It is very close to the beach, Walmart, and many restaurants, bars, etc. The Quinta Avenida, the top street of Playa del Carmen, is about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is fully equipped with the basic utilities, and if you need anything, you can ask Massimo; he is very kind and will help. There is also Netflix, YouTube, and many TV channels for entertainment. In case of unstable weather, you can also use the swimming pool on the roof of the condo with a sunny terrace. Finally, it was almost perfect.

Cons:

Only one thing is a little bit worse. The apartment is on the corner of the street, and some old city buses passing by are noisy. It is not very pleasant, especially in the early morning, if you like to sleep a little bit more. However, it is not Massimo's fault, and finally, it is possible to learn accept it. During the night, there is a silent and very peaceful atmosphere.
