Cons:

La bebida de cortesía en el rooftop de mala calidad, es una pena ya que es algo que uno no espera y en lugar de sorprendernos para bien fue para mal

Pros:

Der angenehmige Geruch ist uns sofort bei Betreten des Hotels aufgefallen. Dieser zog sich durch das gesamte Haus. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Personals rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab. Rundum perfekt!

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal auf der Dachterasse war nicht ganz so freundlich wie im Rest des Hotels.

Perfect Stay - highly recommend
Pros:

Staff were polite and professional, food was excellent and we enjoyed breakfast, AC in the rooms were excellent and location perfect for us. Roof top bar was a bonus!

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel und schöner Umgebung -wir kommen auch ein viertes Mal
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang an der Hotelrezeption war wie gewohnt super freundlich. Insgesamt war das Personal überaus freundlich und stand für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Das gut klimatisierte Zimmer wurde den gesamten Aufenthalt über täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber.
Unser Zimmer war zum Hof ausgerichtet, somit war es relativ ruhig. Ab und zu drang dezent hörbar Musik in unser Zimmer, da über uns das Rooftop lag, auf welchem man bei einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt einen Cocktail oder anderes genießen konnte.
Die Minibar wurde kostenlos täglich mit zwei Flaschen Wasser befüllt. Allerdings enthielt der Kühlschrank keine weiteren Getränke. Diese konnten aber unkompliziert in den fußläufig umliegenden Supermärkten gekauft werden.
Täglich frische Handtücher, Duschgel, Schampo, etc. standen zur Verfügung.
Das hinzu buchbare Frühstück war sehr lecker. Hier wird einem keine Massenware angeboten sondern qualitativ gutes Essen. Ein Büffet gab es nicht, sondern man stellte sich sein Frühstück aus einer Menükarte zusammen. Das Frühstück wurde dann an den Tisch gebracht.

Cons:

Da wir aus dem ein oder anderen Tag einen Strandtag machten, vermissten wir für den Strand geeignete Badetücher sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der nassen Badesachen. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hingen unsere Sachen über die Dusche. Ein Badetuch konnten wir im nahegelegenen Decathlon kaufen.
