Room service was not provided despite being asked, could be a language issue too.
We had wifi and network for the first night only.

Great value for such a cute hotel!
Pros:

Good quality for money. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped with finding attractions, and gave local recommendations for food. Hotel is close to touristic attractions and parking on the street easy. Average breakfast but you definitely get your money's worth.

Cons:

While everything was generally clean, something could be done about the stone dust coming of the walls, especially for the bed. Also, the housekeeping could be more attentive, i.e. should realise when there is a single duvet on a double bed :)

Amazing hotel in Ortahisar
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with terraces offering an amazing view over Ortahisar. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — the beds were especially wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and gave us excellent tips on what to visit. Ortahisar itself is quiet and calm, exactly what we were looking for, and it made the whole experience even better.
