El sitio es precioso
Desayuno y que cobren por cosas sin sentido en un alojamiento de este nivel

Nos gustó todo, el hotel es precioso, muy bien ciudado, muy cómodo, el entorno también es muy bonito. Se respira tranquilidad. Y la atención es magnífica, destacar el gran trabajo de Teresa y su amabilidad. 100% recomendable.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. Hemos estado muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado de dos días de auténtica tranquilidad en un entorno precioso. Queremos destacar el excelente trato de Teresa, Luis y Ana María, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, cuyo trabajo y amabilidad marcaron la diferencia. Sin duda, un pequeño paraíso al que volveremos.

Le calme et la beauté de l’endroit. Le lieu et la décoration de l’hôtel sont magnifiques. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et chaque détails est pensé comme si on était à la maison. L’hôtel est très calme et très reposant. Il y avait plusieurs salons très jolis et confortables. La piscine à débordement est très agréables et les jardins de la propriété sont très beaux.
Le service n’était pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel, ce n’était pas top. De plus le personnel ne parle pas anglais ce qui complique la communication, c’est embêtant.
Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas top: des produits industriels et surgelés. On s’attend dans ce type d’hôtel à avoir un petit-déjeuner avec des produits frais, locaux et typiques. Cela aurait été mieux.
Le chaos et le bruit causé par les enfants et les bébés sont très dérangeants. Les gens viennent dans cet hôtel pour se reposer et être au calme. L’hôtel devrait être Adult Only.

It was such a relaxing stay, the hotel was very quiet which was exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, especially the meat.
Nothing really, the location naturally makes it a quite stay, so 3-4 days is perfect.
One of the best luxury boutique hotels I've visited in Europe. We've spend Christmas here with our family and it was perfect! The cozy, thoughtfully decorated living rooms with fire places, the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the private spa experiences, delicious Christmas dinners and very personal service from the staff... the whole setting between the fields of this lovely Finca was magical. We'll definitely come back!
If you are planning to spend your daytime at the venue in winter time (when pool bar is closed) it is advisable to bring some drinks and snacks. Although the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and diner... but you might want to have something for in-between moments (especially when traveling with kids).

• La amabilidad y el servicio de todos los trabajadores. Teresa, la recepcionista, muy atenta y amable en todo momento.
• Tanto la cena como el desayuno muy bueno. Es un hotel donde cuidan todos los detalles.
• Las instalaciones y la decoración espectaculares y muy acogedor, pudimos disfrutar de la chimenea en uno de los salones y fue maravilloso.
