Welcoming and good location for sights.
Pool being refurbished at time of visit which I hadn’t known about but perhaps should have visited website.
I picked this hotel after thrilled search for my wedding anniversity. It was the best hotel i booked for my Spain trip.
First i send special instructions to them for our anniversity, and they responded well ! (Special credits to the artist Sebstian for the mirror painting & small nice welcoming dark choclate, thank you)
The staff were amazing—all those I encountered, including Andrea, Alen, and Brother Mohammed the Albanian—were polite, helpful, and resourceful. I rememebr Andrea searching and printing for us a brief list of Halal food, thank you Andrea.
The room was spacious enough for two people, and the amenities were the best compared to all the hotels we stayed at in Spain. They provided daily specialty coffee packs, tea bags, and fresh water bottles.
I’m mentioning this because in our other 4-star hotels, nothing was replenished.
The bathroom space might be small, but most importantly, it was properly cleaned every day.
The view from our small terrace overlooking the Royal Palace and its back garden was very beautiful.
The location is very close to the Royal Palace, but you have to climb a long set of stairs to reach the palace level, followed by a short walk to the entrance. Overall, the location is very good.
Breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options, although there were no cheese omelets.
Finally, we enjoyed our three days at this hotel, and I would recommend it to young couples newlyweds.
Consider lowering the price a little.
For breakfest they might adding cheese omelets, some Halal option.
The hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything is impeccably clean, the bathrooms are very spacious, and the rooms themselves are large and comfortable. Housekeeping is done daily, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore Madrid’s main attractions. The hotel bar offers a good variety of snacks, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. The lobby is spacious and open 24/7, which adds a lot of convenience. The rooms with a view of the Royal Palace are simply stunning.
You can really notice the attention to detail in every corner of the room. Every day, complimentary water, coffee, and tea are provided. In the bathroom, you have everything you might need: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion – all with an amazing scent.
The minibar stands out for its high-quality, eco-friendly, and 100% natural products.
Overall, staying at this hotel is an experience in itself and perfectly complements the beauty of Madrid. It is worth every penny and will definitely be my first choice when I return.
If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that nothing felt lacking during my stay.

Had a great vibe in the lobby, and the breakfast restaurant looked good, we left too early to try it.

Amazing view of the palace, 24/7 reception, really good breakfast, laundry machines (washer and dryer).
Have to download an app to do Laundry and half the machines don’t work.
The hotel was in a great location. Bus stops, a metro station and grocery store were a very short walk from the hotel.
We were thrilled they had a free laundry room. The staff was very helpful. Also we had a view of the palace.
The small refrigerator/mini bar was full so we could not put our own Items in it.
Très bon séjour l’hôtel est très agréable et très bien situé. La vue sur le palais royal des chambres 🤩 et le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.
La cosa che ho apprezzato maggiormente è la palestra disponibile 24/7 ampia e ben attrezzata per diverse necessità. La colazione è abbondante, varia e di qualità.
La camera aveva poco spazio per riporre i propri effetti personali.
