A cozy little hideaway perfect for travelers who are going to go exploring!
Pros:

We loved the cozy inviting room that welcomed us up north! The complimentary snacks and water were really refreshing after a long drive. Additionally we love the eco friendliness of the property.

Cons:

We didn’t really like being between a car wash and an auto parts shop. Additionally being right beside a main highway made things a little noisy at night trying to sleep. However the owners provided black out curtains which was helpful to filter out the lights.

It’s a nice more affordable option if you’re on the go and need a brief stay.
Pros:

It was clean and in a safe environment. I liked the contactless check in where code is sent and you can get in on your own.

Cons:

It was very close quarters and not much space to place our things. The a/c blew a lot of moisture into the room where the towels, linens and pillows felt wet. It was okay, just a bit uncomfortable at first.

Great home base
Pros:

I highly recommend staying at North Coast Place if you want a "base of operations" for adventures in the area. Marquette and Munising are both easy drives, and the kitchen with dishes helped us save money on several meals. The owners are kind and have made many great choices for the environment including solar panels on the roof! The murphy bed is fine for sleeping, our only hiccups were the wifi and TV casting but it all works.

Comfortable, convenient stay.
Pros:

Parking was right in front of the unit; location just 7 minutes to Marquette; the room was very clean with a few nice amenities (free snacks, coffee and tea, shower and shampoo products); bed comfortable with nice linens; reading lamps by both sides of the bed; two small shelving units for storage, a small table and two chairs; keypad “contactless” entry. The “community” concept is a nice one: an island with Adirondack chairs and games in the parking area, and bike storage near the entrance. Two small concerns were readily fixed through a call or email to the manager.

Cons:

I was surprised at the required online security screening as there was no hint on the website of this unique requirement.

Bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping came in each day while we were out and restocked boxed water and snacks (which are included). We also got fresh towels and everything was cleaned. This property is contact free and so quiet. All of the products provided were good quality.

I was looking for a lower-priced option on short notice, and this was reasonable for what I paid.
Pros:

It was nice to have amenities (restaurants, bar, groceries, etc.) within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

While generally as clean as I would expect a room to be, the carpet felt unclean and the bottoms of my feet were dirty after walking on it barefoot. Some construction/renovations ongoing on site.

Great clean comfortable and quite saty

North coast place is amazing, very clean ,quite, and comfortable.

Cons:

We just loves everything about it, it was covenant to everything we wanted to do. It is one of the cleanest places we have every stayed. I will say it's a great space but if your a large person you might find it a bit tight between the bed and the bathroom. To us it was no big deal, I would recommend this property to anyone and we def plan to stay again in the feature.

Exceptional Lodging, Great Value
Pros:

North Coast Place is an exceptional lodging located in the burg of Harvey within 5 miles of the City of Marquette. It is very clean providing luxury bamboo linens and paper products and environmentally friendly bath products. The room was very clean, the bed quite comfortable and we did not hear our neighbors. The facility provides a fire pit for fires and a few outdoor games and places to store bicycles. North Coast is with out a front desk staff, but are quick to respond to text messages. There is no breakfast, however, you make up for that with the lower cost for a night's stay.

Cons:

Nothing, the stay was wonderful!
