Pros:

Beautiful rooftop, well equipt gym and very clean

Cons:

Good and coffee in the restaurant on the ground floor was horrendous. No laundry service

Great Hotel

Cons:

Breakfast very small for the price of the room. One piece of white bread and a crosissant with ham and cheese. Coffee and a Juice. Would expect a Hilton to offer more. Thats the only downside. The rest is brilliant

Nice stay!
Pros:

Nice place, very compact rooms but its the Motto style so u got all what u need. Very good fitness and nice swimming pools. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very tasty

Pros:

The design is stunning, modern but still very much in tune with Tulum. Every corner of the hotel feels intentional and aesthetic without trying too hard.

The rooms were beautiful, super comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was amazing (slept so well), and the little details really stood out.

What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the service. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience.

The location is also perfect!! Close enough to everything you want to do in Tulum, but still feels like a peaceful escape.

Overall, Motto Tulum exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, and seamless Tulum experience!!!

Noise travelling all night so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll struggle and small beds but value for money

Le 4e rattrape le reste de l’hôtel

Le quatrième étage incroyable, salle de sport incroyable, rooftop incroyable et bien pensé, piscine incroyable , les équipements comme les matelas autour de la piscine sont à nettoyer , pas le droit d’apporter de la nourriture de l’acteur ou de la boisson , si tu veux quelque chose il faut commander au bar du restaurant ouvrant à 11h

Chambre très petite 15m2 , la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas , pas d’aération , odeur de l’étage et de la chambre horrible en même tps c’est normal s’il n’y a pas d’aération.
Pas de petit goodies en salle de bain. Pas assez de serviette , il faut demander à l’accueil mais très réactif
Petit déjeuné , un plat sucré ou salé , pas de buffet , radin sur les quantité , café ou eau , espresso ou tout autre chose en supplément jus pas naturelle dommage , on avait faim
7/11 et go mart en bas
Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre

Veldig fint for et kort opphold.
Pros:

Alt du trenger, nær sentrum.

Cons:

Det er veldig lurt mellom rommene. Var vanskelig å få håndklær og de åpnet baren senere enn de skriver at åpningstidene er.
