Pros:

very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, i would come back anytime

Cons:

little bit hard to find the entrance when arriving and the pool could be cleaned more often (there was some garbage the wind blew in)

Cons:

Had to ask for most things like hairdryer, no glasses in the room, soap ran out, not close to the sea at all, shower had cold water initially but they sorted it. Definitely not Hilton standard. Music, like heavy EDM, techno from 12 pm at the roof too bar when you want to relax. Booked room for two saying bikes were included, but only one was, had to pay for the second, the tv is probably super old, poor quality (although watched it very little).

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel im Tulum style. Auf dem Dach ist ein Rooftop Pool mit einer Aussicht über Tulum. Es gibt ein tolles Angebot sich einen Cocktail kostenlos selbst mixen zu können. Jeden Tag ab ca 16 Uhr.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
Auch wenn die Lage etwas außerhalb ist, kann man gut ins Zentrum laufen und sich für den Strand oder die Ruinen einen Roller oder Fahrrad mieten.

Nichts.

Pros:

Rooftop was okay and the location of the property is good. The cocktail class was a nice activity.

Cons:

The pool did not look clean. The shower was lukewarm at best and the bathroom lacks privacy. Also, there is limited space to hang clothes, and no where to dry wet swimwear.

Really nice placement of the hotel in the lively hub, good accessibility and vicinity of plenty of restaurants and shops. A very beautiful rooftop pool and nice amenities.

Best Hilton I’ve stayed at - good choice for Tulum
Pros:

Amenities were great - there’s bikes to hire, cafes and restaurants and shops dotted around the venue. Huge gym, great pool and sun bed space, food was good at the restaurants, staff were friendly. Loved the look of the hotel too. Location was great, could reach everywhere on bikes.

Cons:

The room wasn’t super clean and we arrived. There was a random pill on our floor and when I picked something of mine off the floor, a blonde hair was on it (I’m brunette). There’s also nowhere to dry wet swimsuits and clothes in the room as there’s no balcony. A drying rack would of been good
