Le quatrième étage incroyable, salle de sport incroyable, rooftop incroyable et bien pensé, piscine incroyable , les équipements comme les matelas autour de la piscine sont à nettoyer , pas le droit d’apporter de la nourriture de l’acteur ou de la boisson , si tu veux quelque chose il faut commander au bar du restaurant ouvrant à 11h
Localisation pratique, mais nécessiter d’un moyen de locomotion.

Chambre très petite 15m2 , la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas , pas d’aération , odeur de l’étage et de la chambre horrible en même tps c’est normal s’il n’y a pas d’aération.
Pas de petit goodies en salle de bain. Pas assez de serviette , il faut demander à l’accueil mais très réactif
Petit déjeuné , un plat sucré ou salé , pas de buffet , radin sur les quantité , café ou eau , espresso ou tout autre chose en supplément jus pas naturelle dommage , on avait faim

J’ai réservée une suite plus une chambre j’ai eu une chambre pour handicapé obligé de redescendre pour avoir une autre chambre personel désagréable et lent

Nice atmosphere, clean rooms and good facilities. The rooftop is not operated by the hotel, but comfortable. Gym is big and free of charge. Our reservation included one bike per room, easy to use and bike to Tulum Beach.
I liked the gym. The pool area looks nice. Staff was friendly at breakfast.
Beds. The way they are situated and personally small for me and my partner and she's a size 6/8
Le personnel est au petit soin et sont très gentils. Le rooftop est incroyable, idéal pour se prélasser au soleil en dégustant un cocktail. La nourriture du restaurant est aussi très bonne.
Les chambres sont certes assez petites, mais tout est très propre et très confortable.
Les prix proposés pour la nourriture (en particulier le petit déjeuner) sont élevés.
L'hôtel est un petit peu au milieu de rien, donc il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi/voiture/vélo pour se déplacer.
La vue sur le chantier face à la piscine n'est pas incroyable non plus, dommage... (mais nous n'avons pas eu de nuisances sonores).

Rooftop, Fitnessstudio und Service
Raumgröße katastrophal mit nur 15 qm2, aber optional erweiterbar. Teilweise das Essen, ist aber Geschmacksache.
The pools on the roof for swimming. The beach in Tulum was closed because of Sargassium Algae. So the pools are important. Also good welcome drink ( no alcohol). A free daly credit of 10$ for the sun roof bar. Free washing/Drying machines. Free cocktail course at 4 pm every day on roof top. Very kind and professionnal personnel. Free bicycle rental.
One of the roof top pool was dirty and water level was very low . Impossible to swim. Also pools are cold for swimming. Pools not heated, and we had rain and cold weather in Tulum. For a Hilton, pools should be heated. Everything works perfect in the room. Modern hotel. Nice views on the forest jungle on roof top.
