Beautiful and relaxing hotel
Pros:

Beautiful pool and hotel. Great staff. Rooms a bit small, firm beds but comfortable and very clean. Earthy colours and modern. The hotel is beautiful. Especially the roof top pool. Easy to walk into downtown or rent bikes to ride around. Bars and restaurants close by - fantastic coffee shop next door/in the front garden of complex. People in Tulum very friendly. We went to Gran cenotes and swam with turtles (10 minutes away)! You can download a local app for drivers - ‘Indrive’. Thank you for a great stay Motto Hilton - if I didn’t live so far away (Australia) I would definitely come back!

Ga niet in het zwembad! Schade mochten we verhalen op het hotel, per mail bevestigd maar nooit gekregen.
Pros:

Prettige kamer, mooi hotel.

Cons:

We zijn ziek geworden van het zwembad, veel algen en heel vies. Onze huid sloeg groen uit en kleding is hierdoor niet meer draagbaar. Ze beschuldigden ons van verkeerde zonnebrand. Verkleurde kledingstukken en zwemkleding werd gewassen na een hoop gezeur maar heeft helaas niet geholpen. Omdat alles gewassen werd moesten we nieuwe badkleding kopen. We hebben veel geld uitgegeven, zijn ziek geworden, naar behandeld door personeel en zouden bij weggaan geld terug krijgen voor deze vervelende omstandigheden. Tot op de dag van vandaag niets meer gehoord van het hotel.

Te Mint es el hotel! Ubicación, trato amable, comodidad.

Soy muy minuciosa para escoger hotel.
Al hacer mi filtro en la busqueda, el primero que me apareció fué THE MINT HOTEL. Y aunque perdí tiempo viendo otros hoteles, hice mi mejor elección al elegirlo.

La cama y almohadas que es algo tan importante, estaban excelente, tuvimos un bue descanso. La limpieza super bien,
Pero lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad del personal. Yajaira y Candy son genuinamente amables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y que uno se sienta como en casa.
Gracias chicas, hicieron la diferencia.
En general todo el personal es amable.
Sin duda lo recomiendo y por supuesto que volveremos.

La terraza , el gimnasio y el personal

Cons:

La habitación demasiado pequeña no se podía abrir la ventana daba sensación de encierro y el desayuno vergonzoso . Ofrecían servicio de bicicletas el personal llegó varias horas más tarde
