We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Istanbul - so helpful and friendly!
Pros:

The staff went so far out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! There was a multi-media presentation upon check-in which was very helpful. They provided maps, hand-outs, water and snacks. The breakfast was amazing. They made sure we knew where we were going every day, told us the best way to get there, and translated as needed as well. By far the most helpful staff we have encountered in a hotel - such personal service!

Nel cuore di Istanbul e nel nostro
Pros:

Ci ha favorevolmente colpito l'accoglienza dello staff e la cordialità. Stanze gradevoli, pulite e non ultimo la posizione vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni. Il transfer per l'aeroporto è stato puntuale anche quando siamo partiti molto presto la mattina.

Great Location and Lovely Staff
Pros:

If you're looking for a comfortable place right in the heart of Istanbul, close to everything, I highly recommend this hostel. The breakfast is varied and really good, the room was perfectly comfortable, and the staff were lovely. They were always attentive, made sure we never ran out of water throughout our stay, gave us great tips, and were always available to help. Highly recommend!

Cons:

It’s more of a personal preference, as I like to start my day early, I would have preferred breakfast to be served earlier. However, it is ready a little before the stated time.

Pros:

The location is just about 15 minutes to main sights, the breakfast is simple and nice with varieties. We got acquainted there with tourists from Italy, Japan.The staff was very friendly and helpful from the Manager Mr. Selchuk and the 2 receptionists Mr. Bek and Mr. Norbek.
When accidentally our transfer to the airport got cancelled and we were about to miss our flight, Mr. Selchuk immediately understood the situation and saved us by getting a car in 15 minutes, that was much appreciated and no words will be enough to thank them.

Great stay.
Pros:

The attitude and hospitality is amazing, you get taken care of, gifts and attention, it is an amazing experience.

Cons:

The location is great and not great. It is close to the mosque so get ready to be waken up with a prayer if you have the seaview. The difficulty is with the steep climb on cooblestone when you want to reach the tram line and major attractions. I wouldn't suggest it with strollers or mobility issues.
