Una excelente experiencia. La senorita Dulce y su familia fueron muy amables y empáticos en todo momento, la habitación limpia y con clima, la primera que nos dieron el clima empezó a fallar pero muy consideradamente nos dieron otra.

El hotel se encuentra a unos pasos del mar, muchos restaurantes y negocios de comida y bebidas, así como varias farmacias, oxxo y tiendas de conveniencia. Tienen una excelente ubicación. Esperamos volver pronto.

El cuarto presentaba camas cómodas, pantallas, clima y servibar. Sin embargo, presentaba fallas en su mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, los lavabos estaban muy altos y había filtración de agua por la lluvias que se presentaron. Si recomiendo el sitio, pero si deberían de arreglar sus detalles

Pros:

Good location, 50 m from the beach. Air conditioning worked well, smart TV is a good ad-on for the kids.

Cons:

Small issues: bathroom door was too low and was hard to close, bathroom shower didn’t work properly (outside shower was fine), almost no space for clothing.

Lugar limpio, tranquilo, lo único q le hace falta es quitarse la facha de entrada como si fuera un hotel de paso o motel. Porque si fuera.el concepto familiar, estaría genial. El personal fueron muy muy amables. Insisto el lugar muy limpio.tmbien te ofrecen una pantalla d TV grande y disfrutas el aire acondicionado.

Habitación familiar muy pequeña, solo colocaron un papel higiénico, un jabón y una bolsita de shampoo para una habitación familiar para 6 personas, el espacio estaba muy reducido. La arena junto a la alberca estaba muy sucia con mucha basura.

It was comfortable stay next to the beach. Parking was right underneath the room. The staff were nice and friendly. Since this is a no frills place bring all of your expendables, but there are convenience stores and a pharmacy near by if you forget anything.
