I booked this place for two nights . Beddings were not hygienic at all. When we arrived we had to specifically asked to change pillow cover.There were clear marks of red/black patches. I am skeptical how house keeping staff could not notice it. Then at night we observed that the Blanket was full of fungus and covered with an uncleaned cover. So we asked to change. it was cleaned with water instead of changing with a fresh blanket . The.we had to sleep with a half dry blanket of course turning off room AC ( thanks to Chennai good wether that day) Only good thing about this place is that it is close to Chennai VAC .

I found some insects in the room and AC was not working properly. After complain they changed my room but again I found it a budget hotel. If you are tight on budget, it’s a ok to stay here as US vfs is not much far. 10 minutes auto ride. Staff were friendly and though breakfast was limited but fresh and nice.

We found our stay at the hotel to be generally comfortable, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. Firstly, the water quality was notably hard, which unfortunately led to my mother experiencing a severe headache after showering. This aspect of our stay was rather unpleasant and impacted our overall experience negatively.

On a brighter note, we did appreciate the quality of the coffee provided during our stay.

The location was convenient. Staff was friendly. Food was not good. Quite unhygienic with limited options.

My mom stayed there three days for interview embassy and other offices are nearby…. Recommendable place

It’s my mistake on review of booking.com I had book such a hotel first on arrival the hotel had taken card payment actually booking.com had given to pay at checkout secondly for early check in they charged 1000 extra thou full hotel was empty Then there is renovation work going on in hotel for which there is dust & paint smell in room I had come to chennai for my eye operation so my appointment was at morning 9 am so it was urgent
After complaints to booking.com the wear offering room in there other hotel which is of more low categories & far from the hospital & booking.com also ofer other hotel of low categorie & higher rate
Then it’s not possible for me to change hotel as I was busy in hospital whole day then in the night at 10 when I come my room & bed were dusty the hotel staff was not ready to com on asking for towels 3 to 4 time hotel says the don’t have extra towel the cups were dirty there were cockroaches in the rum the bed make noes so I decided to change the hotel at 11 in night
But unfortunately not the hotel nor booking.com is refunding the amount
Been the hospital problem I had paid again with request to all not to use booking review and not to book this hotel please

covered car parking, reception and staffs were good, hot water was available, but service was medium, you need to call many times for getting your necessity done. the breakfast was quiet tasty but variety was less no sweets or fruits were available. NO live dosa/ omlette was provided as per requests.

This place is a perfect place to stay.The outlook was good entire hotel was very clean. Moreover the receptionist was very polite and humble. The room service was best. The welcoming was also good. Very good place you can also choose this place to stay for a great experience

My stay started like drowsy but staff hospitality and service made my day, and rooms whr clean n tidy, even prices whr reasonable.I wud definitely recommend this stay

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Very closely located to the Apollo mains and income tax office. Overall a good stay and highly recommended to anyone looking for a stay in city centre.

Good enough room. Basic items only.
Most of the staff are helpful specially Dinesh in front desk.
Food is poor! Since we booked for BB and it was a surprise we barely had food in th3 buffet that we can eat. Only a piece of bread and butter or jam at times. Breakfast is only designed for locals. Chai is always available.

All and all a good place other than food, due to its close proximity to Apollo hospital and MGM Healthcare.
