One of the best experiences of my life
Pros:

It was everything amazing! Special note for Maria and Jannie. They are super nice and very good professionals. I’m regretting to stay here only for one night. I have no words for the room and for the kindness of the staff. Absolutely amazing!!!

Pros:

Had a nice stay. Great location, wifi and Air Con worked good. The water & coffee in the room was great also

Cons:

Second room I moved too Room 301 was close to the kitchen on the second floor. You could here the Staff very loud from 6 - 9 am every morning

A trustworthy hotel at a major location of Hanoi
Pros:

The images matched with the actual setting of the room. The beds were comfy enough. The room was spacious, having space to lay out your full luggage open. It was also conveniently situated on a street corner making it accessible to many places easily. The breakfast buffet was also filling and a good way to start your day :)

Cons:

The bathroom could be "cozier". The door felt like an office door.
