Nice hotel. Will stay there again
Pros:

Excellent location, close to monorail and bus terminals, shops and convenient stores nearby. Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice smell entering hotel.

Cons:

The light on the bedroom couldn’t be turned off at night, and the shower head kept turning away if left alone. Unfortunately there was a building site outside the room and it was slightly noisy in the morning.

Stylish hotel with a great breakfast
Pros:

A very nice, modern hotel with a beautiful lobby area and stylish rooms. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location was very convenient, close to the bus station and the monorail. We were welcomed with a free packet of facial treatments (for the women) and a coupon for a small Blue Seal ice cream from the hotel. Boutique coffee was available in the room and he lobby area also had free juice and coffee in the afternoons.

Cons:

I felt that the public bath could have been cleaner, you could see particles floating in the water, and the water was not very hot during one visit. The pillows and comforter were down and it seemed like they were very dusty as both my husband and I found ourselves sneezing when we were using them.

Pros:

The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the overall stay could have been very good. However, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though we specifically booked a non-smoking room.

We informed the staff about the issue, and while they tried to help by cleaning the room, it unfortunately did not solve the problem. The smoke smell seemed to come through the bathroom vent, so the smell kept returning.

It was quite unpleasant and made the stay much less comfortable.
