Best hotel in Zimbabwe
Pros:

By far the best hotel I stayed at while traveling in Zimbabwe and one of the best ever.
All of the staff were very nice and helpful. I got an early chek in and a late check out with no problems.
The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessities, including the Premier League channel on tv. A fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and the daily delivery of water bottles were really nice.
On one accasion I left the room leaving a certain ammount of money in the safe but I forgot to close and lock the safe door. When I came back the room was serviced, nice and clean, and all my valuables were still in the safe as I had left them. You gotta appreciate this kind of integrity of the staff in any hotel, in any country.

Cons:

The hotel is at the busy and loud intersection. But it is Harare so if you want to have quiet neighbourhood you gotta stay in the suburbs. It wasn't too bad though and otherwise the location was very convenient.

Pros:

Staff and the facilities are clean.

Cons:

Too much noise from heavy trucks that seem not to stop running throughout the night. The Windows aren't double glazing meaning that you will endure relentless movement of these trucks whose drivers appear to enjoy using their loud horns.
