When we arrived at the hotel at about 9 PM after a long flight, we were notified at check-in that our reservation at Booking.com had been cancelled by the hotel, which claimed that they could not process the credit card, although it was a valid credit card confirmed by Booking, and at the reservation, I asked to pay upon check-in. The message was sent by Booking.com while we were on the flight and unable to see messages. The hotel was overbooked, and the manager could not find us another room, either in the hotel or in a nearby one. This was very disturbing. After a couple of hours of waiting in the Lobby, we received a room (which was different than the one that we booked). The payment was made with the same credit card that the hotel claimed was invalid. It was a very stressful situation for us. We travel a lot, and this is the first time a hotel has ever canceled my booking.

We were in the hotel at 6 am. Therefore we booked a dayuse and pay for this early check in. But while we were out, both our room cards and wifi codes were canceled. After a long and tiring day, we have been in reception two times to fix this problem. And they acted as if everything was normal! For last 20 days we have been a six state asia vacation and stayed six different hotels, this was absolutely the worst one. I dont know if it is a dubai standart but ı am sure this is not my standart. For the money we spent, this was not we expected.
