Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Fehlern
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 14. Stock mit Blick auf den Burj Khalifa. Auch nachts ein toller Ausblick.
Selbst bei unserer späten Ankuft um 1 Uhr nachts war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Großes Frühstück mit Lounge-Musik und Sitzpltzen drinnen und draußen. Nur etwas zu wuselig, also zu viele andere Gäste.
Auch die Halbpensions-Option hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann wählen, ob man Mittags oder Abends essen möchte, ja nach persönlichem Tagesplan.
Das Blacksmith im Erdgeschoss hatte ganz tolles Essen und sehr nette Kellner.
Im Vyne hat uns das Mittagsessen besser gefallen, also das Abends. Man kann mittags ein 3 Gänge Menü auswählen, bei dem wirklich alles gut geschmeckt hat.
Am Pool hat man extra Handtücher bekommen.

Cons:

- zu Stoßzeiten lange Wartezeit an den Aufzügen
- draußen wird einem Limousinen-Service aufgedrängt, statt normalem Taxi
- Lage ist theoretisch gut, aber aufgrund der Straßenführungen in Dubai fährt man oft im Kreis und um die Blöcke, um am Hotel anzukommen
- zu wenig Liegen am Pool und leider sehr schattig
- Baustelle hinterm Hotel, optisch nicht schön, aber hat akustisch nicht weiter gestört

Jó elhelyezkedésű hotel, de a személyzet hozzáállása és az éttermi minőség jelentősen rontotta az élményt.
Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése jó, viszonylag közel van a központhoz és a Business Bay környékéhez. Az épület modern, a szobák tiszták voltak.

Cons:

A személyzet nem volt különösebben kedves vagy segítőkész. A vacsora számunkra, európai vendégek számára gyakorlatilag ehetetlen volt, az ételek íze és minősége nagyon messze állt attól, amit egy ilyen kategóriájú szállodában várnánk.

Bell'albergo dotato di ogni confort vicino al centro

Cons:

Il fatto che nel periodo di soggiorno forzato a causa della chiusura dei voli per la guerra in corso, abbiano notevolmente aumentato i prezzi, costava meno prenotare da Booking che direttamente in hotel. È una vergogna!

המיטה לא נוחה בכלל מזרן קשה.
החדר לא היה נקי היה חרקים בשירותים ברגע שנכנסו.
ביקשנו שינקו את השירותים בא עובד וניקה אך לא כל כך עזר.
המלון ממש לא ברמת 4 כוכבים…
העברנו שם לילה כי הגענו מאוחר ולא הייתה ברירה
לא ממליצים, לא חוזרים.
