O valor da diária não condiz com o que foi entregue.

Localização boa para o meu objetivo.

Cons:

O quarto no térreo não possui isolamento acústico, sendo possível ouvir qualquer pessoa passando em frente. O piso do quarto estava completamente molhado (não sei se pela chuva ou ar-condicionado), não havia frigobar e o quarto sequer tinha toalhas, que precisaram ser entregues pela recepção. Além disso, a vista do rooftop é bem diferente da apresentada nas fotos. Deixou bastante a desejar pelo preço cobrado.

Fronha de travesseiros e lençol com manchas e rasgados. Café da manhã o pior que ja comi, não vale o valor que cobram.

O atendimento foi excelente! Fomos muito bem recepcionados, e muito bem tratados durante toda estadia! Todos muito bem educados, sempre de bom astral.

O hotel em sim tem uma estrutura muito boa!Atendimento excelente, mas alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. O quarto parecia recém pintado, e a cabeceira da cama estava suja de tinta, fora o fato de atrás da cabeceira estar muito sujo de poeira, o que nos causou alergia! Os criados mudos estavam muito sujos, inclusive com cabelo. O armário estava com uma gaveta quebrada e com parafuso a mostra! A torneira soltou no segundo dia e eu coloquei no lugar. Acredito que são pontos a serem revistos e resolvidos! No mais, gostamos muito!
