Nice modern lodging with friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed at this same Tru location 2 times within a week. I slept like a log both times. The staff is super attentive. The 2 stays were because we were transporting family (Garner residents) to and from the airport so this hotel turned out to be the best choice thanks to its proximity to family, and only being 25-30 mins from RDU.

Cons:

I think the only improvement could be if there was a coffee maker within the room; however, there's always hot coffee readily available 24 x 7 in the lobby so I made use of that in order to jog my brain in the A.M.

Took over 24 hours to get the wifi working .... my last name was spelt wrong
Pool are was bleak and pool looked unclean and dirty. Water was to cold to even enjoy in 100 degree weather

Wonderful stay. Would go back there again.
Pros:

Excellent, varied breakfast daily selection, including gluten free bread options!
Property was clean and well kept. Staff service (front desk, culinairy and housekeeping) was very helpful.

Cons:

A heated pool would be nice. LOL!

Amazing Experience
Pros:

From the moment I walked into the hotel, i knew I was in good hands. The front desk staff of Nancy, Vanessa and Micayla were so awesome and friendly. The knew I was traveling in for a softball tournament and greeted me with a cookie. 😀 Room was ready and clean. The staff continued to check in and make sure things were ok. Will definitely stay here again.
