The staff were nice.
The room was tiny, the decor is average, construction workmanship was low, the food at breakfast was sad and a waste of money.
The bed is comfortable, hotel looks luxury but for level Junior Suites the room isnt that luxury. I like the pool, the view from the pool and also the water temperature. There was shower chamber at the pool area and bathrooms close by which is good. Food taste fair enough for me. Hotel is by far clean, staff are willings to help and very friendly. Hotel designed is cool. Towels, bed, pillows all were clean.
In two of the room i booked, the drainage were stuck on both rooms. One of the room we booked, the toilet spray also didn't function well. After we told the staff, they came to help and all were settled.
If you wish to use this hotel as your wedding hotel (for sleeping a night before the wedding, which means you'll use photographer to come and take pictures of you and partner), I suggest to better look for other hotel because in Eastern it is not free, you have to pay for the photoshoot allowance and the price was a bit too expensive.
