Convenient location. Clean room. Relatively comfortable bed. But walls are way too thin.
Pros:

Very close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The walls are so thin. The people next to our room was slamming doors and using the microwave and talking 3am in the morning and we could hear everything.

Great location at a fair price
Pros:

The hotel is immaculately clean and in a great location to walk to the historic downtown district. Desiree was wonderful! She wears all the hats from maintenance to front desk and does her job with excellence, joy, and professionalism.

Cons:

The hotel is exactly as advertised so there are no surprises, unfortunately the beds are just not very comfortable.

Too many homeless people reside in the hotel
The hotel is super loud floors and walls are hallow or something. The beds are on a piece of metal and slid around and make so much noise The mattresses are so many springs so uncomfortable. The worst 2 nights ever. The homeless people that live in the hotel bother you in the lobby
