Little diamond in the world of small hotels
Pros:

A basic but comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was cute, clean, and had all the basics we needed: a mini fridge, towels, shampoo/soap, plenty of blankets, and functioning heating/AC. It was quiet. Good location, close to Fall River Mills. Easy parking on a gravel lot. Well lit.

Cons:

Some of the towels were a bit ratty. We arrived after office hours (9-5), and the sign on the door said check your email for checkin instructions. The checkin instructions actually didn't arrive to my email until the following day, but they were in my booking.com messages.

It was such fun to stay in a small town, in a very unusually decorated room. A very comfortable environment!

Great place would stay again!
Pros:

Loved the property itself. Great location, off the beaten path in a small town, some good food nearby and the backdrop from our room was beautiful! Everyone in town from the pharmacy to dinner at La Cocina Michoacana and the Grazerz Grub and Pub, excellent! Had everything we needed for a quick trip to nearby Burney Falls and Lassen National Park. Not to mention Andrew at the property gave us a rec for nearby hike to McCloud Falls, glad we checked it out! Only hiccup during our stay was the television which Andrew quickly remedied the very next day! We would stay again!

Pros:

First to add credibility - I have been traveling for 32 years mostly roadtrips all around the country and abroad. I have stayed in some awful roadside places and some excellent road side places.

Next me experience - The Millz Manor is such an awesome place. It was easily accessible, I felt safe in the area and at the roadside manor which safety is important to me. The room is quaint but the level of detail on what you may need or want is impeccable. The hands off approach to entry and exit was excellent, I enjoy self service. I also used the grill and spoke with other guess that happened by and everyone was so pleasant. Location to Burney Falls was perfect. Top notch experience! Thanks for being part of my memory making this adventure.

Great value for the money. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere

Clean and the grounds were very nice and enjoyable with a fire pit and horseshoes. It felt very homey

Pros:

We liked the firm mattress, easy check-in/check-out and the sunflowers outside.

Cons:

1. The WiFi didn't work at all. It connected but the download speed dropped to zero on all our devices.
2. Very low fixed shower head, very inconvenient
3. No microwave

Pros:

Wir verbrachten den Tag im Lassen Volcanic Nationalpark, welcher wunderschön ist. Das Millz Manor kann man ebenso bezeichnen. Die Betten super bequem und das Chalet liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts und der Kaffee schmeckt auch gut. Man checkt selbst ein, um das Chalet zu öffnen bekommt man einen Code für die Tür. Es ist alles sehr gut beschrieben in der Benachrichtigung per Email. Hier stimmte für mich auf jeden Fall alles. Top.

The rooms are decorated so cute. We loved the little homey touches. The location is great for visiting both McArthur-Burney falls and Lassen NP. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

Good Roadside Stop.
Pros:

Excellent value for what it is. One of the least expensive motels on our entire Oregon/California road trip. Easy access from Route 299 and relatively convenient as a road trip stop where you're planning on a visit to Lassen. Very close to a supermarket, which is helpful since there isn't much in the way of restaurants or other services in the area.

Cons:

There aren't really staff on site - so if you need something you might or might not be able to get it.
