We loved our room. Good size, comfortable bed with little kitchen and seating area. Best of all, a washing machine!!!

朝食はブッフェスタイルのようなものではなく、メニューから料理を選択するスタイルでしたが、７日間の滞在で半分以上の品を食べましたが、どの料理も出来立てで美味しくいただきました。
滞在中に天井の配管から水道の水が漏れるトラブルがりましたが適切な対応を頂き、別の部屋を手配いただきました。
スタッフの対応も素早く笑顔で対応してもらいこのホテルを選んで良かったです。
ホテルの近くにはベトナム料理の有名店やマッサージ店、コンビニもあり滞在には非常に便利です。
Good hardware
這是我第三次入住這間飯店，過去的住宿經驗尚可，因此此次仍選擇回訪。然而，很遺憾本次入住體驗相當糟糕。
飯店對面的商店每天晚上都有嚴重噪音問題，大聲喧嘩經常持續到凌晨三、四點，嚴重影響睡眠品質。我曾向飯店人員反映並更換房間，但問題並未獲得改善。
更令人失望的是，後續再次反映時，飯店人員僅建議我「戴耳塞睡覺」。我認為，提供安靜的休息環境是飯店最基本的責任，而不是請客人自行忍受噪音。
相信不只我一位旅客遇到相同問題，希望飯店管理層能正視周邊環境噪音以及人員處理客訴的方式。基於此次不佳的住宿經驗，未來再訪峴港時，我將不再考慮入住此飯店。
This was my third stay at this hotel. My previous experiences were acceptable, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing.
There was severe noise from shops across the street every night, with loud shouting continuing until 3 or 4 a.m., seriously affecting my sleep. I reported this issue to the hotel staff and even changed rooms, but the problem was not resolved.
What disappointed me the most was that after reporting the issue again, the staff suggested that I wear earplugs to sleep. I believe providing a quiet environment for rest is a basic responsibility of a hotel, rather than asking guests to tolerate noise.
I believe I am not the only guest who has experienced this issue. I sincerely hope the management will take the surrounding noise problem and the way guest complaints are handled more seriously. Due to this poor experience, I will not consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Da Nang

This is a gret hotel with very modern rooms and very good facilities. Smart ligthing, plenty of sockets, nice towles and robes. it has a small kitchen as well. They have a washing machine in the room which is great, and a little welcome pack with water, and biscuits. Nice clean rooms with daily housekeeping. There is an outdoor restaurant opposite the hotel - they make fresh noodles and soup from scratch and do grilled meats outside. I'm vegetarian and I was sorry they had no options for me because my partner tried it and says the food is excellent there, however it is a super busy place and stays open very late -something like 3am or so- and the noise from it can be bothersome to some travellers. It did not bother us too much and we would be happy to stay here again.
The 24 hours front desk is great, they can help with all requests. The hotel is close to all amenties, a small shop with drinks, nibbles and minimal groceries and gifts is right beside it, and another one opposite. The beach is a few minutes walk away, bars and restaurants, massage and spa are abundnat in the street and the nearby area. The breakfast is not much to write home about, but we didn't care much abaout it, so I'm not posting it on the negative. All in all we had a great stay!
The room is a good bit smaller than it looks on the photos. A dryer would be a great addition, since there is room for it. You need to ask for knife and certain cooking utensils as they don't have it in the room. On check-out they send someone up to check out the room before they let you go, it make one feel like they don't trust their guests. Thye advertise a cocktail bar on the wall and we were planning to have a drink on our return from our day out, but they told us there are no drinks.
