Schlecht geputztes aber gut gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zentral und gut gelegenes aber dreckiges Hotel für Städtetrip!

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr dreckig… der Teppich war nicht gesaugt, in der Dusche waren Haare vom Vorgänger, die Armaturen sind verkalkt und das Waschbecken ist gelb… Ganz zu schweigen von der Toilette- japanisches Klo, mit freigelegter Elektrik. Beim auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt ob wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten, daher keinerlei Chance es anzubringen. Eher Massenabfertigung, obwohl keine Massen da waren. Preisleistung stimmt absolut nicht. Leider eine Fehlbuchung!

Besonderes Design in besonderer Lage
Pros:

Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und ganz toller Service.

Frühstück war überschaubar, aber alles was es gab hat gut geschmeckt.

Die Lage ist wirklich genial und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel.

Das Hightech-Klo war ein lustiges Highlight.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht so gut gereinigt, fremde Haare im Bett und auf dem Teppich, Essensreste auf dem Teppich, wurde scheinbar nicht gesaugt. Toilette hätte auch sauberer sein können.

Schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen.
Pros:

Wie immer war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist zu teuer. In Laufnähe kann man aber gutes Frühstück finden (Bäcker und Cafés). Für mich persönlich war das Kissen unbequem und zu groß, dass ist aber sehr individuell.

Superb, recommended!
Pros:

We knew immediately that it would have been a nice stay as when we arrived at the reception the staff was very cordial, professional and friendly. Then the hotel in general looks very fancy, modern and welcoming. The location is excellent as it is in the centre of the city. The rooms are clean, modern and super well equipped. High attention to details. Really good tv.

Cons:

Hard to find something we did not like, nevertheless it would have been better if the breakfast had more options as gluten-free/lactose-free products.

Modern-gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Bestlage von Heidelberg.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage in Neuenheim, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Neuenheimer Marktplatz und vom Neckar entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer guten Mischung aus Modernität und Gemütlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kam uns bei einem Anliegen schnell und konstruktiv entgegen.

Cons:

Obwohl die Zimmer durchweg sehr sauber waren, zeigten die Waschbecken stellenweise unschöne bräunliche Verfärbungen. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
