Der Empfang war sehr nett, die Zimmer sauber

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag an der Hauptstraße und daher nachts mit Fenster offen unmöglich zu schlafen.

Cons:

My booking includes breakfast but I was charged for breakfast again! I booked the room for 2 but actually only one person (myself) had lived in it and I was charged for city tax on 2 persons!

Pros:

Great location, cute room in loft, elevator and friendly staff.

Cons:

A/C leaked on floor so unable to use. Made the loft room really hot and unable to leave windows open due to traffic noise below.

Nice facility in a lovely location
Pros:

Sophie at the front desk was great! We had upgraded to a suite and it was very nice

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a better area to sit in in the living area - chairs were not comfortable so we rarely used that area unfortunately
