Pros:

Nahe am Bahnhof Hiroshima, sehr gut zu Fuß in ca 10 min. erreichbar.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen mit einem Dppelbett und 2 Futons gebucht. Das Doppelbett war für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet die Futons jedoch nicht. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption (die Mitarbeiterin konnte fast gar kein Englisch. Es musste mit Übersetzter alles geklärt werden.) ging die Mitarbeiterin mit uns rauf ins Zimmer und hat unbeholfen mit uns gemeinsam Bett überzogen, leider nicht einmal gut. Nachdem sie weg war haben wir es nochmal Ordentlich gemacht. Schade man würde von einem Hotel meinen das zumindest die Betten für die Ankunft der Gäste gerichtet sind.

Pros:

駅から徒歩でいけるところ。洗濯乾燥機が部屋についているので、洗濯して帰れるところ。

Cons:

駐車場の出庫時間の決まりがあるなら、車で行くと伝えた時に知らせて欲しい。
コーヒーカップが汚かった。
朝食に魅力がない。素泊まりにして、駅に美味しそうなパン屋さんが沢山あったので、買って持ち込んだ方が良い。

Great stay for a family
Pros:

Stayed in room 605 (6 storey building)
Our room door faced a school playground

Likes / loves:
10-15 minute easy walk from central train station
Digital check in & out with a QR code
Digital codes or your room key
Room felt open & spacious & clean
Loved the config of the bunk bed set up (2 x queens & 2 singles up top)
Steps were sturdy and great hand rails and safety guards on beds
Super comfy mattresses
Shelving (mirrored) along side each of the queen bed (one side has a small safe)
Dimmer light button for each queen bed

Bathroom:
Wet room - deep (but small) bathtub. Our 12 year old daughter (5ft4) enjoyed a bath each night after all the walking
Small stool for sitting to shower
Hand held mixer, with 2 x wall mounted positions to position the hand held mixer
No shower screen door or rail (eg for hanging clothes)
Modern updated toilet (automatic flushing)

Kitchen / lounge:
Fridge & freezer combo
Couch could be a bed for small child
Small stove for cooking
Tv has Netflix

Facilities:
Washing / dryer machine felt hard to use without using google translate in photo mode
Towels delivered daily (unless you place a do not disturb sign on the door)
Room cleaned after 3+ nights stay

Cons:

No hanging hooks for towels
No clothes horse (we used the guard rails on the top bunk beds to hang wet towels & dry washing)
Dryer took 2 goes (3 hour cycles) and done over an evening & next morning to dry 1 load of washing

the hotel is a good place to stay when visiting Hiroshima.
Pros:

the room is very clean and spacious, the facilities are enough. the breakfast is unexpected good, though they just provided packed sandwiches and salad with coffee or orange juice, the tastes are good and healthy, I like them. as we. 3 persons, stayed there for 2 nights, I can try all types of their provided breakfasts.

Cons:

More parking space, if available.
