Cons:

Great place for large groups that has a modern vibe.
Pros:

Great location and bed layout for a larger group, especially for Japan. Location was a short walk to Hiroshima Station from which you can get to any part of the city and also many restaurant and shopping options.

Cons:

The room cleanliness wasn't terrible, but not up to par in my opinion. Remote was dirty and tv had food or something dried on the screen. Cloth seating had some stains on it and the toilet wasn't 100% clean. Also be aware there are only two breakfast options if you paid for the included breakfast, egg sandwich or yogurt with granola mix. Available onsite parking is very nice but just keep in mind you can't move the vehicle between 7am-9am due to a near by elementary school. This wasn't an issue for us but should be known for planning purposes.

ベットの下に誇りやコップやバスタブに髪の毛がついていたので、もう少し綺麗に掃除をしてほしかった。
