It’s ok-ish.
Pros:

Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Hygiene was a turnoff. Bathroom was not that good and clean doesn’t feel like a five start or four hotel, also bedding wasn’t that clean so this needs to be taken care off.

Location of the property is centre of the city and easily reachable.

Excellent and well trained staff.
Hotel has free wifi service 24 X 7, which is a good for aal the guest as prepaid SIM not working in J&K.

Food was awesome and excellent service too.

Overall a Value of Money stay will recommend our friends.
