This used to be my go to hotel in Riyadh for its exceptional value for money. One of the rooms had annoying air conditioning sound, and they were housekeeping a room late night (noisy vacuuming). We booked two same rooms and there is inconsistency between both. One had more bathroom items than the other and a dead spider, and one had an inconvenient small closet while the other had a good sized closet. Location of hotel is very convenient and in close proximity to many key places but sleep could get disrupted from rude drivers showing off the sound of their exhaust.

Really impressive hotel for what may be a local brand. Buffet on the ground floor is good as well for 89 SAR for dinner and also plenty of options for break fast. Will repeat.

I had two stays the first was fantastic, the second stay was dissapointing as booked back for a final night and only had a smoking room availible. It stank as a non smoker it was really acrid. Very disappointing. I understand availability problems but there was no mention of smoking room on hotels.com

I had a problem with the sound of street traffic , it was very strong I had trouble sleeping, the windows should isolate the outside noises

Unfortunately I was told on 3 out of our 7 bookings that they didn’t have the booking.

Not really sure how their system works but it seemed a bit unorganised.

All bookings were made a while ago so it wasn’t because it was last minute.


I like the hotel in general, nice rooms, good gym and pool and also nice food.

But I have stayed there a couple of times now and every time there seems to be some issues finding the bookings.

I might start calling the hotel in advance to confirm that they got all bookings that were made.

We had high expectations, considering it's a rich country and a 4 star hotel.
Two days in a row the soap dispencer wasn't filled in the bathroom. The shower had not limits, so the water pooled all over the floor. Uncovered cables and untidy renovation job in the bathroom, with water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom. Our view was a wall of air condition units. It was noisy from the hallway. The staff spoke okay english, but we had trouble explaining them was we requested.

All in all an okay experience, but we expected more from a 4 star hotel in Saudi Arabia.

There was very friendly and they allow us to do late checkout.
