Sehr ruhig gelegen und von der Strasse aus nicht zu sehen. Sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück
Struttura top, questo albergo è davvero meraviglioso. È come se ti trovassi fuori da Napoli, accogliente pulita stanze grandi e lo staff davvero cordiale e in più ha un ristorante davvero molto buono. Piscina ottima davanti al mare questo hotel è veramente consigliabile. Molto sicuro, visto che c’è sicurezza 24 ore prima di entrare con la macchina nell’alloggio.

Front desk was totally professional and had smiles on their faces to great us.
Surrounding area was sketchy.
Bra service, fantastiskt med hjälp med shuttle till och från tåg och restauranger.
Bra hotellgym. Bra frukost.
På helgen såldes det "Beach club" platser vid poolen så då blev det lite trångt.
Fina rum, välstädat härlig poolmiljö och fantastiskt bra frukost.
Bar personal hade ingen vidare service och klarade oftast inte ta kortbetalning, samma i poolbaren.
Hotellets område var fint og det var absolutt ingenting å si på servicen :)
Lå ikke på et fint område, det er langt inn til Napoli så mesteparten av feriebudsjettet ble brukt på taxi tur/retur. Men hvis du skal på ferie og kun oppholde deg på hotellet, anbefales dette varmt.
After a few amazing but busy days sightseeing in Naples we stayed at the Tre Fontane Hotel and we were blown away by this hotel and mostly by their wonderful staff.
It's a perfect hotel to chill out with stunning views of the Bay of Naples and even all the way down to Sorrento.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and with a huge beds, we slept like babies! The bathroom equally big with lots of fluffy towels and nice toiletries.
Breakfast was equally amazing, so much choice and sitting outside on the patio in the morning was a great start to the day.
We enjoyed one afternoon by the pool too, just relaxing and going for a swim.
However, as said before what stands out above all to me were the wonderful staff who were so helpful and friendly. We made use of the shuttle bus several times, they even took us to Herculaneum - nothing was too much trouble. We were really well looked after at Tre Fontane!
I can not recommend this hotel enough! We stayed at 3 luxury hotels during our stay in Italy. This by far was the best! We rented their top suite and it was gorgeous. From check in to check out was perfect. The service the food everything was 5 star. Don’t hesitate to book here if you’re flying home from Naples
This is an outstanding hotel in Portici on the outskirts of Naples and is perfect to visit all of the nearby attractions. The entrance is not easy to find as it is through an arch off the main road, so you either need an accurate satnav or make sure you have a good look at streetview before you go.
We booked over a year in advance and got a deal on upgrading to a King Suite which was huge and had a balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the pool and the Bay of Naples. We also paid for secure underground car parking.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and all of the staff couldn't do more for you. Special mention has to go to Sara who translated and printed out maps and directions for us and was absolutely great at everything! And to Carlo, the lifeguard, who also looks after issuing thick , comfy mattresses and towels each day on the sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Always with a smile!
The rooms all have a centrally controlled but individual air conditioning system, so you have to ask at reception to change it. We asked for it to be turned down once but it was then fine for our stay. Our bedding and towels were changed daily. The bed was huge with a very comfortable mattress and the room had blackout curtains.
The other great bonus was the free shuttle bus that you can reserve to take you to and from nearby restaurants and Bellavista train station (there is also a railway just the other side of the pool but it was closed for maintenance whilst we were there so we cannot comment on how disruptive that is, if at all). We used it to go to Naples, Sorrento and a local restaurant, La Tradizione 3 times it was so good! Homemade pizza and pasta as well as fresh fish. The menu was only in Italian but we managed to get by!!
In the hotel itself we had the club sandwich which came with fries, shared between 2 of us. Breakfast was plentiful and covered a range of options, served on the terrace overlooking the bay. The only downside were the pigeons. Again, we couldn't fault the food.
If we were ever to go back then we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Everything about it was perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was fabulous, the facilities excellent and the location was great. The young girl on reception (sorry I didn't get her name) was incredibly helpful with advice. The guys who served breakfast were also brilliant.
Honestly, there wasn't a thing we didn't like. The only thing we disliked was having to leave
