Rooms were generous and well equipped.
Very good cocktail terrace overlooking Bay of Naples. fantastic breakfast and excellent restaurant.
Huge and gorgeous pool with comfortable loungers and an attendant. We loved cooling off there in the afternoons.
You can venture out into Portici which felt completely safe with plenty of restaurants and a good supermarket. Some reviews are negative about the area. This is Portici not glamorous Sorrento. It’s safe busy and welcoming, not manicured.
Shuttle is complementary to Herculaneum and train stations. Easy metro ride into Naples.
Staff were absolutely great. Warm and professional. Remembering our preferences throughout our stay. Genuinely charming.

Cons:

We had problems with the aircon in our room which was often turned off centrally. Once we realised we just had to call reception to get it turned back on again it was ok. Small annoyance not a big problem.

Would not stay on this hotel if i got paid to do so.

Cons:

Staff was not friendly. Very bad english. Have to checkout and leave the hotel at 10:30 even when we had a suite.

Bon hôtel si vous êtes véhiculé et magnifique piscine
Pros:

L hôtel est très beau. Belle piscine vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est pratique et pratique. La chambre était grande et propre avec une literie confortable. Le ménage est toujours bien fait.

Cons:

L hôtel est pratique pour visiter Naples si vous avez une voiture sinon pas pratique car peu de chose à faire à pied. Loin de la cohue de Naples. Le parking de l’hôtel est pratique aussi mais un peu cher 20 euros la nuit. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est assez cher

Pros:

la chambre était très bien. la piscine et autour de la piscine très sympa en dépit du fait que les trains passent juste à côté. Acceuil et aide dans le parking excellent. Cuisine excellente et créative. Parfait pour aller à Herkulum et Pompeii.

Cons:

La douche porte coinçait donc nous n'osions pas la fermer et avions du coup de l'eau partout sur le sol. C'est dommage qu'il y a des bâtiments en construction à l'abandon dans le même parc (trois ou 4 bâtiments) . Pour le justifier l'hôtel devrait avoir un panneau ou doc qui explique l'histoire du parc et le bâtiment en rénovation. Heureusement qu'il y a un jardin parmi ces bâtiments. le quartier n'est pas très sécurisant. Je n'y promenerait pas la nuit mais il y a un homme de sécurité sur la porte d'entrée.

Tolles Hotel - Highlight ist der sehr große Poolbereich!
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Pool hervorragend - Betreuung durch Carlos sehr persönlich!
Personal war freundlich - besonders Sara mit Ihrer sehr hilfsbereiten und charmanten Art.
Der Shuttle-Service zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Bahnhof Portici ist sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse.
Sonst alles top!

An Excellent Choice Near Naples

An excellent location, a beautiful new hotel, spacious rooms, an amazing pool area, and truly wonderful service. The food and cocktails were also excellent.

If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in Naples or close to Naples, with all the amenities you could want and great value for money, this is an ideal choice. It’s very easy and quick to reach the heart of Naples by train, making it a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

The hotel is located in a beautifully maintained neighbourhood, right next to a stunning new promenade. There are plenty of historic villas nearby, as well as several excellent restaurants. Just beside the promenade, there is also a new, well-maintained beach.

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Without a doubt, one of the best choices in the Naples area!

Pros:

We would like to thank Sara for her professionalism and kindness. She has organized everything during our stay, from the boat day around capri and the amalfi coast to the transfer and recommendation for Napoli.

The hotel has great facilities and rooms are clean and confortable. The staff is so helpful, happy to have find a real 4 stars property with quality service!
