Outstanding staff, view from rooftop bar & pool!

View from rooftop & the staff couldn’t do enough for you. I was a solo female traveller & the staff always took the time to have a chat & a wee laugh.
Although I didn’t like to be reminded about how inebriated I came in one night! 🫣🤭
I was happy to spend all day on my terrace without even leaving the hotel, the place is spotless!

Cons:

No meals or snacks during the day or evening. In saying that, there are plenty of choices nearby & easy to get a takeaway delivery if you wanted to. Staff were more than happy to supply plates & cutlery.
Bit disappointing they ran out of beer when I was up at the rooftop bar .. but it was the weekend of the World Cup final .. and yes, I am Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 but wasn’t my fault they were dry of beer, I wasn’t in Boston! 🤭

El desayuno, personal e instalaciones muy bien. La ubicacion y tranquilidad tambien estan perfectas

Falta algo mas de servicios de Cafeteria, restaurante , etc. de esta forma siempre teniamos que salir del hotel. si hubiesemos tenido mas servicios hubiesemos disfrutado mas de la piscina e instalaciones

Das Frühstück war exzellent auch die dortigen Bediensteten sehr freundlich und sehr herzlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag in der Nähe von Karaoke Bars und dort lief Musik bis halb drei Uhr morgens.
Man hat mir allerdings sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Da ich aber nur zwei weitere Nächte dort übernachtet habe habe ich das Angebot nicht angenommen. Es wäre sonst zu komplex geworden. Aber insofern war es meine alleinige Entscheidung das Zimmer weiter zu nutzen

Pequeno almoço muito bom, boa variedade e com a atendente Raquel muito prestativa e simpática. Embora em certos horários de pico faltam utensílios básicos, como pratos, talheres, copos e xícaras.

Cons:

Na primeira noite tive que dormir num calor insuportável de 29/30 graus.
Fui tentar fazer uma reclamação e o atendente me informou que não poderia fazer nada pois a gerente estava em dia de folga, sem ninguém para substitui-la e a manutenção do ar condicionado não poderia ser acionada naquele horário
ou seja, um descaso total com o hóspede. Como é possível um hotel 4 estrelas não possuir um gerente de turno responsável e uma equipe de manutenção de plantão? Fiquei 2 dias e não consegui em nenhum horário falar com nenhum gerente.
No dia seguinte um outro atendente tentou explicar a situação e complicou mais o acontecido, dizendo que o hotel não possuía ar condicionado e sim um climatizador central e que este teria dado problema no dia anterior.
O frigobar do quarto parecia um microondas, deixando as bebidas super quentes.
