La gentillesse de la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone

Cons:

La non prise en compte de notre réservation de parking, la salle de bain très petite et un peu vétuste à mon goût (caisson entre douche et toilettes abîmé, spot grillé au dessus du vasque)

Pros:

De locatie was perfect om de Stadt te bezoeken. Het hotel had enkele leuke ouderwetse details.

Cons:

We missten een lift. De kamers waren heel basal ingericht en niet al te smaakvol, een beetje de-ci de-là.

Cons:

Ma collègue et moi étions en mission pour le Jardin d'Hiver du Michel qui se terminait à 01h du matin le vendredi et le samedi. Le petit déjeuner n'étant servi que jusqu'à 9h30, même le week end, 1 bouilloire accompagnée de dosettes de café et de thé dans la chambre aurait été fort appréciable.
Absence de sèche-cheveux.

Possibilité de venir avec son chien
Chambre spacieuse et bâtiment avec du charme

Cons:

Impossible de faire une grâce matinée, la femme de ménage passe l'aspirateur à 9h malgré qu'on puisse rester jusqu'à 10h-10h30...
Pas d'isolation phonique du tout de la porte

Très bon séjour, nous sommes satisfaites.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, parking privé, hôtel calme. Petit déjeuner complet. Chambre et linge propre.

Cons:

Dommage pour la vue sur un mur. J'aurais préféré être prévenue, ou qu'on me donne le choix.
