接客は大事です。
Pros:

朝食スタッフさん、送迎バスの運転手さん、
とても良かったです。朝食スタッフさんは、とても親切で明るく、親しみが感じられました。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

電話対応が良くない女性スタッフがいました。
とにかく、キツく、失礼。　余りに失礼なので、こちらも強めに返答させて頂きました。電話対応は、予約時の時なので数ヶ月前になります。
お顔を拝見した時、あの時のスタッフは…この女性かなと感じました。笑顔がなかったからです。
出かける際も、笑顔はありません。他のスタッフさんは良かったので、とても残念です。

スタッフさんが素敵

伊勢市駅までバスの送迎をしてくださったこと。
ドライバーさんの対応が凄く良い。
無理難題を言う客にも誠実に対応されていて、素晴らしい。

とてもキレイで快適でした
Pros:

とてもキレイでした。バスの送迎は有難かったです。そして送迎バスの運転手さんがとても気さくでお気遣いがよく快適でした！

宿泊料お値打ち！よく眠れました

無料なので、あまり言うのもなんですが、駐車場雨漏りとかで使えない所が多く、使ってるうちに天井抜けるんじゃないか⁈といった不安がありました

Funcionários muito cordiais! As senhoras do café da manhã foram simpaticíssimas!!!

Me hospedo há anos nos hotéis da rede e foi a primeira vez que ao derrubar uma camiseta no chão do quarto, ela ficou cheia de poeira e cabelo.
