I had an excellent stay at this location. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely return!

Near the centre and near sea. Room was clean.

Cons:

Noise from the fair which could still be heard with windows shut. Would have been good to have been warned about this. No offer to change rooms and staff not very helpful. Dated decor in the rooms.

We will DEFINITELY return

It was beautiful, the room was really clean, the balcony was a perfect little sun trap, we could see the sea and pier. The bed was really comfortable, we had a great night sleep. Will definitely be returning. The staff were really friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was soo close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Pros:

I like where the hotel is situated. Train station 10mins from there. The pier is right opposite and the beach. Plenty of shops near and places for food.

Great access to the beach and the foreshore walk all the way to Torquay.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well looked after. Located close to the seaside.

Cons:

Noise travelled between rooms so not a lot of privacy.
