Fabulous friendly staff. Superb location. Room decor lovely and bathroom luxuriously fitted.

Cons:

Zimmer im Keller bekommen, das nicht der Buchung (Deluxe Zimmer mit großem King-Bett 180-210 cm breit) entsprach. Kein Wechsel möglich, da ausgebucht. Zimmer mit 160 cm King-Bett (Hängematte!!!), rundherum ca 60-80 cm Bewegungsspielraum. Zimmer war eiskalt, Heizung nicht in Betrieb. Als wir nach dem Abendessen zurückkamen, lief die Heizung, das Zimmer völlig überhitzt, aber Fenster konnte nur 2 fingerbreit geöffnet werden, Zimmerlüftung quasi unmöglich.
Beschwerde führte zu nichts, versprochener Anruf des Eigentümers (natürlich) nicht erfolgt, obwohl Ausdruck der engl. Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption hinterlassen wurde.
Ich wollte am Vortag einen Parkplatz reservieren. Als Kunde von booking sei dies lt. Rezeption nicht möglich, da Buchung nicht änderbar. Kunden, die direkt im Hotel gebucht hatten, bekamen namentlich reservierte Parkplätze. Aufgrund der frühen Anreise, bekamen wir den vorletzten Parkplatz, der dann 10 GBP pro Tag kosten sollte. Der Betrag wurde dann aber wieder erstattet, als Geste wg. des nicht der Buchung entsprechenden Zimmers.
Hätte das Zimmer so nie gebucht!

Bon séjour , à conseiller.
Pros:

Accueil,emplacement,confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas la hauteur du confort de l’établissement, manque de choix pour un petit déjeuner continental , moyenne qualité pour le café et confitures .

Fan missing from the cupboard, didn’t realise until it was very warm in the room.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Ideally placed to appreciate what Plymouth has to offer.
Pros:

The location within the town was great. We were able to park without difficulty. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A small maintenance matter was attended to almost immediately. We were able to walk to the Hoe for the seafront and the Barbican for the quayside and restaurants. The main shopping centre was also within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing. We were happy with our stay.

Excellent place for a short stay with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Well located for exploring Plymouth. Spotlessly clean with a very calming decor. Our room was tastefully furnished.

Cons:

Our room lacked a comfortable chair which meant it wa not easy to relax for a while apart from laying on a bed.
