Pros:

Very clean the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great

Cons:

we were expecting a room on the ground floor but had to go up a few stairs which made it a bit difficult as I had to carry a rollater up and it was hard for my wife io manage

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a central location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Our room was large, bright and spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I could not fault anything. We will definitely be returning, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Plymouth.

Friendly comfortable hotel in quiet road near the Hoe
Pros:

Excellent hotel near the Hoe. A bit of a walk from the train station, but good to be in a quiet central location.
Friendly and helpful staff. Helped me with transfer to ferry port
Excellent freshly cooked breakfast

No window in my single room

Pros:

We asked for a superior room but when we were shown it was down in the basement which didn't appeal. We asked to change & we changed to a higher floor room which was a family room so had a single bed in as well so not as roomy.But lovely staff and great breakfast. Great location.

Just what I needed to see the exhibition at The Box
Pros:

The breakfasts were cooked to order and lovely. The staff were helpful and charming. I found the parking ok despite it being limited. Cleaned every day

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't exacly like - room 8 was a bit noisy as it was directly at carpark level and the rear door was open.
