Good location, good staff
Nice room and good facilities.

Location and the hotel itself
I was put in a room that was really a store room. It was horrible. I got very little sleep due to background noise from the kitchen all night. I was at a wedding the next day which was ruined as I was exhausted

The staff were wonderful and super friendly but you could see how busy they were, felt like you needed at least one other person to help everyone stay on top of things.

The receptionist was wonderful
The breakfast needs addressing, sausages were not good, tomatoes burnt, over all very disappointing
The hotel was beautifully clean and well presented.The staff were just amazingly good at their jobs and would do anything to help make your stay better.The breakfast menu is out of this world.We tried most things on the menu.The morning continental was amazing and superbly set up.

The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The location was near everything, close to the Hoe, close to the Barbican.
The water in the shower was a bit finicky. We would get hot water for few seconds and then ice cold water for a few seconds. It would alternate.
