Fantastic location close to the Hoe - we were well looked after and as requested a parking space was waiting for us when we arrived. All the staff were very welcoming and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There was a little confusion with our breakfast order but as a coeliac I was well catered for with gluten free and nothing was too much trouble. Most
Most of our grumbles were down to personal taste- bed too soft, would have preferred mugs and a choice of teas etc but the biggest dislike was the rusty shelf/display unit in the bathroom…it so needs to be taken down and replaced as it is absolutely disgusting and with all the rust looks hideous!

Waited all day for the room to be serviced. Didn’t happen.
Great location for the Hoe, shops, Barbican & the continental ferry. Parking reserved if requested & it is free. Decent breakfast & staggered times.

My room was very hot no window. Pillow lumpy. No shower mat for safety. Room right below kitchen so noisy and wook very early. Do not have room 5 if you want a good sleep staff very good. Bar closed by 10pm.
