Non c'è il frigo ne una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia. Le stanze 8 e 9 sono nel seminterrato e le finestre delle camere sono sul parcheggio interno, dove le auto non permettono quasi di aprire le finestre.Nessuna proposta di colazione dolce.Albergo al completo senza possibilità di cambiare la camera

- Stanza nell'abbaino, quindi per raggiungerla era necessario salire più di una rampa di scale, e anche piuttosto ripide, e questo non era specificato al momento della prenotazione.
- Pulizia della stanza: la moquette era sporca e appena sollevate le lenzuola per andare a letto ho trovato un capello sulle lenzuola.
- Distanza dalla stazikne: superiore a quanto detto sul sito.
- Colazione un po' deludente.

Love the location. It's right on top of the lighthouse, the barbican is only 10 mins away depending on your walking pace and shopping 5 mins away. Staff super friendly and helpful

Un très bon emplacement, très central entre la côte, le centre-ville commerçant, le port et ses restaurants. Tout se fait facilement à pied. Nous avons été accueillis par des personnes extrêmement cordiales. L'établissement est typique et très propre (mention spéciale pour la salle du petit déjeuner - ce dernier est varié, les mets servis de qualité, très bons et bien présentés). L'hôtel dispose d'une douzaine de places de stationnement tout au plus, mais personne ne semble être resté 'à la rue', où le stationnement est payant

parking at the rear of the property has very tight spaces, people with bigger vehicles would struggle.
Great location, close to the Hoe and the city centre. Very comfortable, great food and lovely staff. Onsite parking was a bonus.
The accomodation stated that there was a bar but it was only open for a few hours and hardly any in the evenings. No-one told us (until our last night) that we could go to the sister hotel a few yards up the road to have a drink. Otherwise it was a great stay.
