staff was great the place was clean.

Cons:

the guest were noisy slamming doors, guest upstairs were pounding the floors which would be my ceiling people in the parking lot hanging out talking loud outside my window . people smoking weed….

Don’t go to Wood Spring Hotels. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Cons:

Staff at the desk (Adrian) was very nasty and rude. The type of room I booked wasn’t available for me and he was not trying to be accommodating. I asked for a supervisor and he said they won’t answer him so he’s not going to reach out. Suggested I go find another hotel in the area after my already five hour drive to get there.

The hotel was nice. Staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Hotel says no smoking in the rooms. The room next to us made our bathroom smell like weed. Housekeeping doesn't come and take the trash or check for clean towels.
