The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The location wasn’t good. There was frequent power blackout and had to wait for power to be restored to take a shower, both at night and in the morning. Maybe a generator should be activated. Breakfast was alacarte as we were a few guests. The selection was very limited with little protein other than eggs

Almost perfect
Pros:

The place was amazing, good location and amazing service. Breakfast was very filling, and the staff was very accommodating to our requests. The views all around were top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

For the quality given in other areas, the TV was very disappointing. The establishment should definitely invest in better screens, and if not, at least allow the customers access to the HDMI ports, which were completely locked out. It's funny. One also had to keep getting the wifi login, either get a wifi router per floor to restrict access, or every client should have a one-time access for the full duration of their stay.

Great Hotel - Wonderful Staff - Wonderful View
Pros:

Booked for 3 day stay to climatise before Safari - ended up getting emergency Appendix removal - stayed in Kibo for an additional week. I can't say enough good things about the team there - thy were so facilitating, friendly, and they kept the room spick and span to ensure my recovery went as well as possible. Will be eternally grateful I was able to rest and recover here with a view of Kili from the bed !

War ein netter Aufenthalt, die Angaben gehen aber etwas an der Realität vorbei.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett, und die Rooftop Bar sicherlich einen Besuch wert. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und vielfältig.

Cons:

Die Zimmergrößen Angaben stimmen mit der Realität nicht überein. Gebucht habe ich ein 30m² Zimmer, welches in Wahrheit nur max. 15m² hatte.

Pros:

Great views of Kilimanjaro. The food in the restaurant was good.

Cons:

There was no furniture on our balcony to sit outside. The bar didn’t open until 3pm.
We were overcharged at check out due to the hotel having their own currency conversions

Nice location, small rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

I like the location in Moshi. Right in the middle of everything. The breakfast is also very good!

Cons:

The reception and the timeliness of responses when inquiring about issues outside of scheduling a driver. The reception also doesn't have a sense of urgency and still has not responsed to my email and messages via Booking. The rooms are very small as well.
