Lovely hotel, problem with noisy fridge not expected for this level of hotel
Cons:

Noisy fridge meant difficult to sleep first night, they switched fridge off after that.

Une très belle expérience à renouveler.
Pros:

L’établissement était extrêmement bien situé et le personnel était aux petits soins, professionnel et très accueillant. La formule petit déjeuner est extra et le brunch du dimanche est une bonne option. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nice property. But they haven’t got their service together yet

The property is new and up to date

Cons:

Parking was impossible. Either $50/day for valet or $22 in adjacent garage. The hotel wouldn’t validate parking and I thought that was ridiculous.

Wifi was spotty and unreliable.

Service is haphazard. It took me 20 minutes and a lot of run around to order coffee from room service. When I left I asked the front desk to order me a cab to the airport, they said they don’t do that and gave me the number for a local taxi service instead. Housekeeping was indifferent about replenishing supplies. They never once replenished clean washcloths, which is essential.

The best trip ever
