I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi. All in all, we had a fabulous experience in this location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more free weight area in the fitness center, if possible.
The staff are extremely helpful. I appreciate the assistance given by Natalie (duty manager) very much.
Even though most air-conditioned common areas of the hotel are designated as non-smoking areas, I have encountered a few clients smoking at the lift lobby on 45th floor. Perhaps, the hotel could reinforce this.

The spa was overrated.
The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

Bar fridge was not working and the heated toilet seat that could not be switched off in 36 degree weather
