Great staff trying to compensate.
Small rooms - much smaller than oldest Novotel ou Mercure
No separate toilet
Car park charged - 8 euros a day with no alternative near.

Très belle établissement, piscine spa très agréable

A nice, friendly hotel tucked away in a rural area of Le Touquet (10-15mins drive from seafront). The hotel is cool - well furnished with nice lobby and bar area. I was a bit surprised to be charged for parking a car (on top of 2 room charges - seems unnecessary) The restaurant was good, but not great. The pool area, with sauna, was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

what it was in advertising different in realty, e.g our rooms have 2 twin beds and it was lie, nothing about car par charging, also no breakfast yet clark asked us to pay for breakfast we did not have and I challenged the breakfast charge he deduct the charge.
I had to asked " management" to tell the chambermaid to look after the room like missing toilet paper and tissue.

Un hôtel très agréable. Quelques imperfections, pas de rideau occultant dans la salle de bain, donc attention la nuit à ne pas allumer la lumière. Je n'ai eu droit qu'à des dosettes décaféinées durant mon séjour. Dans le burger au camembert du restaurant, il n'y a pas ou très peu de camembert donc c'est plutôt du pain et du chutney d'ognon. Sinon l'équipe est sympa et le cadre très agréable.

We ended up here by chance. There are 3 different buildings here that are all differently named hotels operated by the same hotel group. Being far the facility is fairly new everything is in great condition! Our room had two twin beds. We asked about a room with one bed but we're told they all had two beds though we later saw them cleaning a neighboring room with one bed. We also asked if there were any rooms with a mini-fridge and we're told there weren't any. We later found one in our room inside of a cabinet l, but you couldn't the temperature down and it was warm inside. Maybe something was lost in translation? Since it was cooler we left our drinks on the balcony overnight. The rooms are very nice! There is an area behind the room door that could be used as a closet or luggage storage. We used it and one of the small tables for luggage storage. There are no hooks or towel racks in the shower room. The only two hooks in the room are behind the outside of the shower room door. There is a sheer over the window in the shower, but no other curtain. I stepped outside on the balcony and could easily and clearly see the outline of my wifes body. The room includes a nice large TV, but it's so large that it hangs into the doorway of the toilet closet. We had to leave the door partiality closed, especially at night, so we didn't walk into the TV. There is room to slide out to the left towards the shower room. There is also a nice shelf under the TV that we did handy.
